People were nice and it was good to sea views.
It was also nice there were several Korean restaurants nearby.
And there were Europian style pub in front of Hotel and it makes a mood like Europe.
Very good place for one night.

as a couple that have been to hong kong many times, the hotel scene for us here is relatively familiar. this is the first time we're staying in this hotel though and we did it mainly because we didnt have much time to book the hotel room as it was a last minute trip and we needed a place near our business meetings. overall, the hotel was good. the rooms were clean and decently sized for hong kong. we did have some issues with the central air conditioning on the first day as our setting did not increase or decrease even after we pushed the tabs. but eventually things got okay and we could have a decent night sleep.

the hotel is what you would expect for a hk hotel. the room is not very big but manageable. we were upgraded from superio to de luxe by the front desk ( a definite bonus). the room we stayed in is well kept, and clean. we just had an issue though with my nieces disney flipflops which have gone missing nd we have only realized upon arriving home. location is ok but it is really steep climb and will not recommend for families with young children.
overall, i give the hotel a 6/10 score.
ps. wifi is really strong and best of all, very free.

great and clean and tidy hotel. i really enjoyed staying at this hotel enough though The only thing is that they do not have many big hotel type hotel services. It's like a 5 star hotel without all the people running around helping you if you really needed. Although they are very helpful when i did approach them in the midst of their busy days.

Nice hotel and service with a smile
The room is clean and room size will be just nice for single or couple only. Free Wifi to logon internet, walking distance to Outlets shopping mall and shopping areas.

the room size could be just nice for single or couple only and is clean. all shopping areas and eatery house are just within walking distance and it is very convenience for a single person to go around. as the hotel is located slightly off the main road, it could be easily be missed out unless you really look for the hotel signboard on the building.

It takes about 10 mins from the station and there is a steep hill in front of the hotel, but it's pretty quiet. The room was clean and very nice.

I come to hk for working, the view of the hotel is quit good, but the room is little bit small but that's not a problem. I recommand more shampoo will be prvided next time. The staffs are very nice, but the location is not quit good as customers have to walk across the deep slop to arrive the hotel.

Being regular travellers to Hong Kong, we thought we were taking chances when we booked this hotel. But to our surprise, the hotel room is really nice and clean. Non smoking hotel. The staff friendly and helpful.
Located on top of a slope, this is what most reviewers complain about. For us it is not an issue. Its just a short climb up the slope and there are alternatives like going through the miramar shopping mall and taking the escalator.
The room's interiors are really new, nice and clean. I love the lighting of the room and the bathroom. The shower is spacious and you can even watch TV while in the shower!
They provide the little details that a traveller might need : In room safe, tea kettle, LED reading lights for each side of the bed, electrical adaptors which can accept any type of plug, clock radio with Ipod dock, and even a DVD player!
Location is good. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Supermarket, and shops nearby.
Cons : Around 10 minutes walk to the MTR subway station
Around 10 minutes walk to the bus stop
No coffee in the room, only tea
Will definitely stay in this hotel again next time we go back to Hong Kong.
Shopping Tip:
To avoid the slope, cross the sloping road and walk past the many restaurants and bars and the road connects to the Miramar shopping mall. Then take the escalator to reach the street level.

This is one of the best options to stay in Kowloon for a brief trip. Walking distance to the heart of town, good rooms and excellent price quality value. All hotels in the immediate vicinity charge twice what I pay here and rooms are really excellent. You can not go wrong here, when choosing this hotel. Definitely a recommendation. Thanks.
