Great location but small room

it was ok but the room was very small. the queen bed didn't look like a queen bed and definitely too small for 2 adults. asked the reception for a twin single bed but they didn't have it. wi-fi is available in rooms and very fast.

disappointing level of service would recommend that you spent a fraction more for a better location and facilities.
clean room poor view - poor service - small room - bad location would recommend something in the lan kwai fong area if travelling for recreation.
limited transport)10 min walk mtr, shopping and bars are not as good as the lan kwai fong area.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Might be ideal for longer term workers in the vicinity...

lovely stay here in this hotel. friendly efficient staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location. would have been nice if they had their own restaurant but there are tons of choices nearby so it didn't matter too much.

Extremely bad hotel service cheap hotel

I cannot describe the hotel service as bad, but the worst I have even experienced in my life.
The thing is they have check-out time 12:00, I was bit late check-in and oversleep.The counter called by 12:00 and said I must check-out now... I can't believe he is using a threatening tone, he said you must check out now otherwise we will charge you 1 more day. I said I am right the way, but at least i need to get on cloth.He said you have 10 minutes....
I know they are a price hotel... but this is not the way how ppl run a hotel... Will never live this hotel anymore.
If you want to save money and able to withstand being threantening by some servant, this is what you want.

Great rooms, great location, friendly staff, free wifi in room, clean room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! A11 bus from airport literally drops you at the door of the hotel :)

Best wonton noodle soup ever at Wing Wah just one block away
