employees service quality this is my first time staying in The Cityview Hotel, HK and its really impressed me. Not only the convenient location it is and i can go anywhere without worrying bout transportation choices. Great location. Friendly staff. Alwyas serve with smiles. Hotel room is small. Very limited TV channel selections. Was greeted with great smile upon check-in. The check-in process was smooth and fast. The room is quite small which it's quite standard in Hong Kong. The best about Cityview is its location.
It's located right in the heart of Mong Kok shopping area. You can basically get everything here, great shopping & food.
Restaurant Tip : There are numbers of cha-chan-ting around serving good food & dessert.

Great location, clean, hotel staff are polite and helpful. Room is very small, though have been upgraded to an executive room, it is still very small. Overall the hotel is a good choice due to its excellent location as it is just a few steps away from the Yau Ma Tei MTR and easy to go to other parts of Hong Kong. Hotel lobby is spacious and staff friendly. Hotel room though very small but is clean and the pillows are soft and nice. There is even a security check at the back entrance after 11pm. Will definitely book a room again the next time I go Hong Komg.

- very well situated in Kowloon :)

- nothing bad to say, but like everything else there is always room for improvement :) Nothing bad to say about this hotel ..... very friendly staff and price is just right :)
Will definately stay there again.
Shopping Tip : Very near MTR stations and Nathan Road in Kowloon which is great for shopping and getting around :)

Very comfortable. Close proximity to MTR station. Goods services provided by staff of the hotel including conceierge. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its close to MTR station (around 2-3 min walk) which makes travelling around Hong Kong much easier. Alot of eateries within walking distance. The hotel itself is also very comfy with comfortable bed and pillow and the room and bathroom are quite spacious. There is also free airport express shuttle bus which makes travelling to airport much easier.
Restaurant Tip : The stall near the MTR exit sells nice curry fishballs.

Next door to mrt Aircon duct directly above head.cold blast can be a little uncomfortable.maybe this happens in certain rooms Check in was a breeze.Staff Karen was pleasant & helpful.Rooms were small but adequate.Shower area was clean.However water pressure was weak. Have to stand longer in the bath to shower.The air con duct was located directly overheard.Cold at night with the blast of cold air on your face.Overall I was very happy and satisfied.It was beyond my expectation.In fact I am now trying to book Cityview for my Dec hols in Hong Kong.Keep up the good service.min.

Good location for shopping area & Easily access to the public transportation (MTR /BUS) Clean room and Clean bathroom the Hotel is located in the good location for shopping area (Mong kok &Yau ma tei) You can take a walk or MTR to get there.It's easy to get to the another area such as Central/Tsim Sha Tsui.It's not difficult to find where to eat just near the hotel.The room is clean,comfortable and reasonable price.The staffs are service-mild and polite.I'm pleased to stay here in the next visit in HK

all hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful when ask for extra bed the charges is very..very..very the expensive. And the room too small to accomodate for the extra bed. Very good and convenient location, you can get all kind of nice and inexpensive food around in walking distance along Pitt Street and Nathon Road.
Restaurant Tip : Highly recommend to have good and reasonable dim sim at 'Chao Lau' Restaurant, very nearby only 2 block away from the hotel.

We arrived on an early flight and were allowed to change in a bathroom and returned at 10-30am to find the room ready with an upgrade. The staff were most helpful as it was our first visit. The room was clean and had full tea making facilities and a 'fridge. The Yau Ma Tei MTR station is just around the corner as are a supermarket and dairy.

The hotel is like one minute walk to MTR The internet access is kind of expensive @ HK$50 per hour and HK$100 for four hours. Our group of four stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. My parents got their room upgraded to handicap suite for free upon our request. The staff are very friendly and professional, and rooms are very clean. The price is reasonable and worthwhile. We will definitely stay at Cityview in our next trip.

good food (buffet) reasonable price we cannot access the sports facilities My family and I (parents and 2 grandchildren) were happy with our stay in Cityview. We found the place convenient for public transportation which is important since they came to see places in Hong Kong. There were reasonable restaurants, "daaih paih tohng" outside the hotel which makes it even more interesting. The hotel personnel were very helpful especially in guiding us how to go to one place. We have saved a lot of time for this. The rooms are comfortable and they leave it clean for us to use. After 4 days of stay, some electrical problems occurred in our room and they helped us to transfer to another room. We enjoyed a lot our buffet lunch in the hotel. We found it very reasonable and recommendable for budget conscious people. Lastly, they are honest and helpful. I said this since my sister left a watch and once reported they have informed us that we can claim it anytime. In general, it contributed in a special event in our family.
Restaurant Tip : Try the hotel's buffet meals..worth it and reasonable

Speedy response to our needs.
Room is clean. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. With such considerate and helpful hotel staff, they allow us to checkout 2 hours later. Good location to stay in which is in the centre of Yau Ma Tei and it is a minute away from the MTR station. Very accessible to shopping malls, commercial centre, convenience stores & restaurants.

Good location as just next to Yau Ma Tei MRT. Pleasant & friendly staff with excellent service. Spacious room and lots of good food around the area with lots of 7-Eleven for snacks & drinks. Very considerate to have umbrella hanging in the wardrobe for travellers (during our stays in Hong Kong happened to be rainy days) Air-con in the new block can't adjust by ourself. Tool cool day and night though we asked for help but was told it is centralised stystem. Hotel located is good as just next to Yau Ma Tei MRT station. Got upgraded free to Premier room from Deluxe and connecting room to my friends in Deluxe Room upon check in! Very spacious room, clean, comfortable and great Bathroom. Hotel staff are pleasant, polite and friendly. Very convenient and within walking distance to most of the shopping spots like ladies market, temple street shopping centres are around the corner and Mong Kok. Accessable at every corner for food & snacks & with lots of 7-Elevens. Really convenient and value for money! Highly recommended to all travellers !

No promotions of local tours.No promotions for stay-in guest as to food&snacks in the coffe house.rooms takes a long time to cool down,esp after shopping& really need to cool off.Not much information for tourist to get round & about the area or special design maps for guest of hotels to let them know of promotions & special offers in the area. Definitely Pros are above the Cons,highly recommended as the staffs are very friendly & helpful.Good location is a BIG plus,it's easy to get to &from airport.Thus getting around is not a problem especially to tourist attractions like Disneyland, The Peak,The Ocean Park or to watch the symphony of lights at the harbour.It's near the Ferry Harbour so we can extend our sight-seeing options & head towards Macau or islands of China.Good local foods are easily accessiable at every corner & with lots of 7elevens midnight snacks & drinks are always available.Shopping is super!shopping centres are around the corner not to mention Ladies' market & Fah Yuen Kai just a stone's throw away-shop til you drop.Anything from fashion to fad & food to face-no problem!only thing how to get them home or get on the plane( wink! )
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get a Good map, know the language.make full use of the MTR & don't be shy to ask for directions.
