Great location for families

Front desk was friendly and helpful during our check in.
But did not really like the concierge people as he was not very friendly when i was asking for directions. He gives me the very impatient feeling. No free wifi. I stayed there for 2 days, but the housekeeping did not do a very good job in cleaning up the room. But the location is great, as it is accessible to everywhere, and places like Wong Kok are within walking distance.

Good location and nice service
Very convenient...Airport bus stops in front of the hotel and pick up clients from-to the hotel and airport.

I came to the hotel earlier and staffs give me my room before noon. So, I can get into the room and keep my luggage. It's very nice. Staffs are very kind and always talk to clients with smile. The room is comfy and clean.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is close to Mong Kok and shopping area.

Its has a great location and very convenient to those trip with eldery and young children. The location is very near to 油麻地 A2 exit, and within 1 min walking distance you can reach a taxi station, where those eldery needs. within 30 second you may reach convenient shop from hotel. Hotel is clean, tighly and the stuff is very helpful.

Good hotel, convenient and reasonably priced

had a pleasant stay in this hotel. rooms were small but thats expected of hk and at such rates. plus points are that the hotel is 5 minutes walk to the mtr station and its conveniently located near mongkok if you want somewhere nearby to sightsee and shop.

Room was upgraded

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days because it is close to my family.. But the room we were initially given stinked of smoke, was the size of a shoebox and the toilet was like a matchbox. When we asked for a room change, one staff said OK and the other said No. Even the manager was not helpful. After a long discussion they agreed to change our room to a bigger one.
After that it only got better. Bottles of water were replenished daily, room didnt stink of smoke and the bathroom was comfortably spacious. Despite the initial hiccup, i would still go back and would definitely recommend it. Reason? Its a safe hotel, good location, comfortable beds and cleanliness is top notch!

Great location but thin walls
Very good location if your are there for shopping. Loads of local food around there too.

simply love the location and the local food around the hotel. its smack right in between mongkok, jordan and kowloon. if you are there for shopping, its the ideal place as far as location is concern, as its mtr station yau ma tei is less congested. however, the hotel have relatively small rooms. even when upgraded from superior, our rooms are quite small. the rooms have very thin walls and i wouldnt recommend it for light sleeper. you can virtually hear any passerby at the corridor talking, walking or closing their doors. sometimes you can even hear your neighbours talking next door! didnt sleep well for the 4 nights stay. staff wise, front desk and concierge are quite helpful, but the staff at the restaurant does not sound friendly to asian travelers. they smile and greets caucasians but not for asians. then again if you are there for the local food, you dont need to worry about that.
costly for the kind of services, room size.
