The exterior of the Hotel isn't attractive but the interior of the room was great. Staff was friendly to answer our queries. No weird noise in the night. No noise from the opposite hospital and fire station.

right next to MTR station so fairly easy to get around

Kowloon isn't a bad location, and being right next to the MTR you can get to Hong Kong Island very easily. The gym isn't bad, but I would have like the pool to be outside rather than inside, and you had to pay for the internet at HKD$30 per hour or HKD$50 per 4 hours (which I used extensively as I was on a business trip). Rooms are a good size & were kept nice & clean.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You have to pay for the internet here and there are other hotels that friends stayed at where the internet was free.

Good hotel location
Great location near Yau Ma Tei MTR station

This is a hotel that is very near to Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Outside the hotel, there are a few money changers just across, for you to change money to the local currency if you need. Yau Ma Tei is in the Tsuen Wan line and it lies between Mongkok and Central station, making it a very central location in Kowloon area indeed.

Front desk was friendly and helpful during our check in.
But did not really like the concierge people as he was not very friendly when i was asking for directions. He gives me the very impatient feeling. No free wifi. I stayed there for 2 days, but the housekeeping did not do a very good job in cleaning up the room. But the location is great, as it is accessible to everywhere, and places like Wong Kok are within walking distance.

Very convenient...Airport bus stops in front of the hotel and pick up clients from-to the hotel and airport.

I came to the hotel earlier and staffs give me my room before noon. So, I can get into the room and keep my luggage. It's very nice. Staffs are very kind and always talk to clients with smile. The room is comfy and clean.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is close to Mong Kok and shopping area.

Its has a great location and very convenient to those trip with eldery and young children. The location is very near to 油麻地 A2 exit, and within 1 min walking distance you can reach a taxi station, where those eldery needs. within 30 second you may reach convenient shop from hotel. Hotel is clean, tighly and the stuff is very helpful.
