Great location but small room

The location of the hotel is great, just 5 mins to the MTR and walking distance to major shopping street.
However the room is rather small and the bathroom is very small and design is old very old.

Location, cleanliness, right size of room, things in working order and a efficient and helpful staff.

There were three of us and we were pleasantly surprised to find our room bigger than we thought it would be. It was clean (which was important to us) and all equipment to be in good working order.
The location was within a few minutes walk from the MRT and near to lots of food outlets. The concierge was very helpful when we needed to book a day tour, call a taxi and advice on nearby food outlets.

it is the third year which we are used this hotel during our trip in hong kong, and i believe if we are gonna to return in hong kong we are gonna to choose it again!
the front desk people are kind and helpful,the rooms are clean and big enough for the hong kong standard,excellent swimming pool.
the location is great,few minutes walking from shopping area and yau ma tei metro station.

good location at yaumatei.near to mtr station. can reach all night market shopping on foot.prices at market can vary a lot. aathey like to quote high prices for tourists. must bargain.give only one third or half the quoted price.hotel rooms a little old but they are basic and clean.free bottled water.
Restaurant Tip:
Noodles and congee shop opposite hotel.Cheap & good

The room is small but good lacation

This location of the hotel is good because it is near to the subway.
The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.
But the room is very small. The air conditioner is very cold.
The swimmimg pool is not convenient to use at all. It is difficult to find and it is not only the guest of the hotel. There are too many people.

This hotel has very clean room and toilet. No smell of old cigarette smoke. Towels are changed daily and also smell good. Very well located, near to all popular areas. The front counter staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice and the breakfast area is clean and neat. Definitely will return to the same hotel in the future.
