Modern reception, clean and tidy small hotel.
In the center of Wanchai and easy access aroung the island.

we were pleasantly surprised by this small hotel. the staff were very efficeint. the rooms were clean and tidy and our room had a small kitchinette which my wife used to prepare the occasional meal.
there was little traffic noise when inside the hotel room.
the otel is in the center of wanchai which makes it handy for bars and restaurants.
it is a short walk to the mtr and hennessy road is on many bus routes. taxis were easy to get.

Room smelled like a Chinese medicine shop. Rate lower than most hk hotels but I felt should hav been cheaper. I guess the city has gotten too expensive.
Shopping Tip:
A few blocks from hotel is a great computer/tech center.

I stayed in this hotel in August of 2012. I had booked a deal that included free breakfast and free internet. However, my first room was extremely small and faced the back of a dirty building. If I had just been staying one night it would have been okay but I was there for an entire week. I requested a room change and the staff were nice enough to help me. I was moved to a bigger room that had a nice city view from one window. If you can, I would suggest booking the "Executive room" versus the standard room as they are much more spacious, have better views, and better locations within the hotel.
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Every day I asked many transportation questions and they were always very patient and helpful with directions and tips.
The wifi worked well and breakfast was good. They even included a happy hour every day with free house wines. I can absolutely recommend this hotel as a great option in Hong Kong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
See the sound and light show on the harbor every night at 8:00.

Overall nice clean and tidy hotel in a great location close to everything. As with many places in HK, space is limited. Our room really was very small, and my main complaint would be that for a double room at that price you would like to ba able to access the bed from both sides, so one person is not crappmped up against a wall and has to climb over someone to get out of bed. We saw in other rooms though and they looked better. Also the breakfast area is very small for the hotel and we had to wait 15 minutes to get a table. Otherwise good hotel with good service.
