Families with young children United Kingdom, March 03, 2013	a real gem in the middle of bustling hong kong Fantastic staff, great room, good price, great location 9.3 the staff here are fantastic and seem to not be able to do enough for you. the room (superior) was great, comfortable bed, well equipped (the utility box was great!), good hot shower. only bad point about the room was the view, or lack of it, being a building the other side of a narrow street. this did not detract from the hotel stay though. breakfast was not included but offered on arrival at a discount price, but still expensive with many restaurants close by. very close to mtr, shops, restaurants and many bars! first time i have stayed here but will definately be my hotel of choice on my return to hong kong. Restaurant Tip: Try the Tanyoto restaurant next to the MTR A3 exit nearby for Dim Sum at lunchtime. Go after 2pm for a good discount too!

Families with young children Hong Kong, February 13, 2013	A nice view hotel for firework For the rooms facing Victoria Harbour have a good view 7.3 As mentioned above that if you don't want to be crowded for watching firework, this hotel is a good choice. Just want to remind that the harbour view rooms can only provide the view for part of the firework but is already nice. The staffs are nice and are willing to serve you at once. The room is clean, light and tidy also. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: It's very close to the ferry pier for going to kowloon which the hotel situated in a very convenient place for tourist to move to every part of HK for many opinions of transportation.

The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I missed the free wine though. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: You can go to the nearby Hong Kong Convention Center where you can have a panorama of both HK and Kowloon islands.

Moreover, we are able to walk to Causeway Bay as well - it is just a 20 min walk. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. The room size is good; however, the view is not that good - just facing another building across the street. The service of the front desk staff is good.

Families with young children Singapore, December 04, 2012	A hotel with good service Near to eateries and MTR 7.3 Though the service was good, the hotel was small and lack of many hotel facilities like pools, gym...etc. My room had smell of smoke at night when someone else was smoking in other room. Free wifi was only available at lobby. But the customer service was very good. Hotel Feature Tip: Children will be bored in this hotel.

For whatever it may be, HK hotel prices have sky rocketed over the past few years and for that reason the level of satisfaction have declined significantly(at least in terms of how much I paid to book the hotel). Average rooms, great location. Nothing special to write home about.
