Slightly cramped and small rooms

Not happy with the room. It most defintely had a guest smoker stay, therefore the room had the unpleasant smell of smoke. A hotel of this nature should be able to control guest smoking better.

satisfy with staff inside hotel. they take care guest by guest and not take long time for serving one guest. It is very close to exhibition center and can walk to the show like 5 min. they are also serving guest by moving your bags ans things to the show but charge 100 hk dollars. However, its very good and kind for staff. the location of the hotel is easy to commute to many place such as causeway bay, time square hong kong side.

I like this Hotel because near to my workeing place , easy to find good food. The hotel surround with many chinise resterants, easy to walk to shopping . Just 10 minish to Wanchai station. 15 minish to Time squae and Soco.
