Fantastic Hotel Guest Rating: 1.3

I stayed there for two nights. The view is quite nice from the window. The smell in the room is also very good. As a four star hotel in Hongkong and island, this hotel is very big compared with others. Also I saw a lot of people who are on business staying here. The waitress in the hotel are very professional. Taxi from hotel to all places are within 50HKD and it is just 5 minutes from ferry stop to Jian Sha Zui. I will stail here again if I visit Hong Kong again.

First time in HK for business trip and i would say that the location of the hotel is perfect. Indeed i was working in th exhibition center and i just have to walk 5 min everyday. That was perfect. Good service as well, room clean and beautiful view of the bay of HK. Good location as well for the night life, closed to many pubs and restaurant. Good address to be advised

Staff are friendly and willing to help. The hotel is well located but some many amenities did not work. Also, the rooms are very small (especially the bathroom) and the restaurant was a bit too expensive for what you got.

The rooms are too small. The television seldom worked (poor reception). They charge a few to use wireless internet (other hotels do not).

Harbour views Guest Rating: 3.5

The hotel is ideally located to the Hong Kong convention centre and easy walking to Ferry and MTR, it sits in the heart of Wan Chais entertainment area so there is plenty action in the vicinity. Half the rooms have great views over the always changing Hong Kong harbour so be sure to book with this in mind. The rooms are not roomy but adequate how ever an other 4 inches between the throne and the sink would have been nice.

I am very please to say the room was very clean and comfortable. The services were great and all the staffs there were very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay with The Harbourview hotel.

Never stayed here before, but impressed by the other reviews I had read. Was certainly not disappointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze, given a room on 17th floor and the room was big by HK standard, clean and comfortable. Had a little problem getting to the hotel as I was coming in from Shenzhen by the train. Wasn't quite sure where to stop, after having got on the bus from Hung Hom. But I must say the location was a little out of the way from public transportation. If I was traveling with more than my carry-ons, it would have been a little more of a challenge as you have to climb up and down stairs to cross the main roads. Otherwise, I would stay here again for the same rates!

Would certainly stay here again. It's clean, location is very good and has fantastic view. Good value for money. Though F&B can be upgraded but lots of food options outside. Staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Perhaps a small Internet station or cafe at the lobby will do wonders to the budget conscious business people staying here.

Excellent location across from Convention Centre. Transportation is not a problem. View of the Habour is great.

Wireless Internet connection is intermittent. Should make the whole hotel wireless [and FREE].

• Restaurant Tip : Walk next door or across the street. Many more food options and cheaper too!

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is big and has a bathtub and warm water. A comfortable place to live if you visit HK in any season. But keep in mind that the catering service close after 11:30pm. When we stayed at the hotel at night and wanted to open a bottle of beer, we found that there was no bottle opener. We called the housekeeper but it referred us to the catering service. Unfortunately the catering service was closed already so we couldn't get the opener. That's a bit inconvenient.

The Harbourview Hotel - A Relaxing Atmosphere Guest Rating: 3.7

The Harbourview Hotel is in a quiet location but still within easy walking distance to the nightlife on Lockhart Road. Some of the rooms have nice views overlooking the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. I found the service to be quite pleasant and the overall atmosphere to be very comfortable.

Quiet location but close to Wanchai nightlife scene. Small but comfortable rooms. Some nice views. Allowed early check-in. Reasonable price.

No bathtub in rooms.
