Great location & very nice service

I was upgraded to a seaview room upon check & was pleasantly surprised by the nice view of the Victoria harbor. Although the room was a bit on the small size but nevertheless there's still room to move about. The room has all the facilities that is required.
Overall it is acceptable for the price that we paid.
What they can improve on is perhaps change to a bigger bar of soap in the toilet, provide with a real hair dryer instead of a hair blower & I find the bed a bit on the hard side (but thats a personal opinion).

The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel is very clean and smells good.

I am very happy with the hotel. Only one downside is that there are no food restaurants nearby and there is no free wifi. but other than that, i have no complains. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 2nights and the overall experience was just OK. Nothing great about this hotel neither the staff were helpful in assisting on the guest requests. The hotel is under going some upgrading works but what we can see they only emphasize on upgrading the hotel lobby. The room we stayed was old and small and no view instead the name called harbourview. Nevertheless, the room was clean and well equipped with the necessary bathroom equipment. At the price we paid for the stay, we can definitely get a better hotel elsewhere.

The view to see from the hotel is the best

We stayed here for 1 night. We stayed in Premier room. When we changed to this room, we get a shocked with the nice view whereby you can see over the lighting from Avenue of Stars at night. It's great. We took 5-8mins to walk to MTR Station (Wan Chai Station) which i think is the closest to our hotel. It may hard to get a dim sum from this area．There is no any convenience shop at downstair of the hotel but all nearby to the MTR Station. Meaning to say, if you want to buy something from 7-11, you still need to walk for 5-8mins route. No worries about the hotel service & cleanliness. It's great for this.

we stayed here for 5 nights. distance between hotel and mtr is around 5-8mins by foot. not much dim sum shop around this area but you still can get a lot cha chan teng at this area. we'd tried 德兴酒楼 which nearby the mtr station with dim sum. the service is quite ok and food is quite nice also. room condition is very clean and neat. if you willing to watch tvb channel and sometimes the antenna receiver is not that good, you may request the hotel staff to fix for you as what we did. lol
