The hotel will be undergoing two phases of refurbishment project.
The first phase will begin February 2010 through September 2010, including hotel lobby improvement works in
July and August 2010.
The second phase will begin in November 2010 through January 2011.
During the refurbishment period, the hotel will continue to operate as usual with uninterrupted
services and will make every effort to minimize any disturbances to the guests.

The refurbishment will begin from February 2010 to September 2010. The refurbishment will include hotel lobby improvement works in July and August 2010. The hotel's restaurants and bar are all located on 2/F with contemporary design. While The Window Café is renowned for its 66-meter long buffet table, offering sumptuous international buffet and à la carte menu, Loong Yat Heen presents authentic dim sum and a whole range of Chinese delicacies. The location is the best. The room is small, but the place is the best.
The cheap dining room is very near.
We don't have to worry by shopping even if it becomes late.

Great Location. Good restaurants. Excelent staff I personally enjoyed everything about this hotel. On check in the reception offered an upgraded room with a harbour view which I accepted. Great service from all staff. Laundry service was quuick and well priced. The location in the Kowloon area was perfect for shopping and entertainment. But more thann anything the service is excellent

The Kowloon hotel is located near the main street (Nathan st.) from the east, to the harbor from the south and to the Ocean center from the west. The hotel is clean and quiet The rooms are small but from what I've heard all the hotel have small rooms. The Kowloon hotel is located in a great location, it is clean and quiet. The rooms are comftarble altough they are small.
