Great location, efficient - it all worked!
carpets could use a bit a minor scrubbing in the rooms.
Having been to HK many times, I had not considered the Kowloon as a place to stay before, but the price was right this time, and I took it. The hotel is run managed, clean, and efficient. The location could not be better with all the attractions immediately available, as well as many expensive or inexpensive restaurants everywhere. The rooms are modestly sized but certainly were more than adequate unless one expects to host a party. Bathrooms were excellent and the beds comfortable. With all the other restaurants around, I did not try those in the hotel.

the staff is very helpfull and friendly. very close to mtr and if want to catch the train to border of China very close to the train station to Lo Wo shopping and lots of all kind of shop
restaurant.
road road works, we were there last year and this year they are still working on it. But, once is done it will be a very good hotel I highly recomemded it and will stay again,
the hotel is very clean and friendly staff and helpful. very close to mtr and if you like to go to the china border Lo Wo just a 10 min. walk to the train station and will take you all the way there without any transfer. this is the 3rd time we stay there the room a little small but is good for us as there are so much to do during the day you basically just to go back to sleep.

Very small rooms. Big buffet breakfast layout but same items every day.
The location is superb. Staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is great. The rooms however are very small. If you are traveling with two large suitcases there is hardly any space to put them and walking around is very difficult. The buffet breakfast spread is big but they should change the hot breakfast items more often.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Must go and try the knutsford terrace for a variety of international food in great ambiance.

Rooms are small, advisable to request for twin room even for couples.
Excellent location, next to Peninsular Hotel, Less than 3 mins' walk to MTR. Within 10 mins walk to Victoria Harbour, you can either walk across to see the harbour at night or if you pay more for the rooms on higher floor, you can have the harbour view from the hotel room. 10 mins cab ride to Kowloon Ferry Terminal for those who are planning to go to Macau.

Smooth check-in, Small but clean room, Amenity is satisfactory, Glad you have NHK in TV access, Foods at breakfast is fine, Habour club arrangements are all fine, Enjoyed at Middle bar
Wondered you have door man and security at the lobby and sometimes noted security from Seibu, Basement but Not always. Well secured?
Japanese staff at the front desk was very helpful.
Hope you would keep up the coditions as it is or even more staff recommendable if you forcus a bit more to the Japanese visitors. As mentioned before I was just worried about the direct connection from the public (Seibu) with a little care for security guard, it is easy for guests to use the area, though. Hopefully you may consider some good way for security before any problem happens.
Restaurant Tip : Good to have separated area for habour club but some of your staff advised us not to take foods from ordinary area (Why?) We wanted congee and some of desert we couldn't find at habour club area.

near shopping center ,easy to access.
poor services, no free drinking water in some day during stay, drinking water in refrigerator look likes free drinking water so mistaken and charge after come back to home.
the hotel is easy to access from the airport by sub way train, good place if you want to stay for shopping at tsimtsatui, but the service is poor and not honest. the room for double is too small not even for a large baggage.I stay 2 rooms 1 for me and my wife, the other for my 2 children .My children room do not have free drinking water,so I ask for it but no response, there are 2 bottles of Watson's drinking water in the refrigerator so my son mistaken it for free water and drank it . on the day of check out there is no show for the bill . but I get charge when I coming back home via the credit card which the hotel ask for it when check in (deposit) .It is not worth so much but its annoy for me.

excellent location, immaculate/clean rooms, attentive staff.
My upgrade to Harbor Club level was very reasonable and provided for full use of hotel services. Excellent Harbor Club staff assistance for all aspects of visit to city.
The hotel location can not be beat, next to subway station and across the street from museums and sightseeing (including nightly light show on waterfront).
Excellent restaurants and food selections.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : location close to Kowloon shopping venues and subway to Hong Kong island, Star Ferry.

Reception area was well set out and the people easy to deal with. Prices for the room were good value and hotel is very well situated for exploring both Hong Kong & Kowloon.
Room was on the small side.
The hotel is very well situated for the traveller who is visiting Hong Kong & Kowloon for a sightseeing trip. It is right next to the MTR Station and only a very short journey from the Star Ferry which is a must to travel on whilst there. The rooms are clean but a little bit on the small side but have easy access to the lifts ( six in all ) and take only a very short time to reach the restaurants/bars/business center & reception. Prices are competitive and i would certainly return in the future.

The hotel is in great location next to the Tsim Sa Tsui subway, the harbour and all shopping and eating areas. Practical for both business and pleasure traveller. The room is small but fully equiped with all you can possibly need. The carpet, at least the in room one should be changed as it seems to have suffered flood or something. The old and dirty looking carpet gives a bad impression. Welcome drink ticket offering to clients on arrival is a nice gesture.
Travel tip : No need to take breakfast at the hotel. Once you're off the hotel, turn right, then turn right again at the corner, walk straight, then you'll find a traditional congee/noodle restaurant on the right. It serves delicius dishes at local prices.

Good location as it is located beside the MTR station.
Poor room service.
Lack of smile by the front counter and room service staff.
Very small room.
I was there for a 3 days' stay during the 2008 X'mas season. Before the booking, i was told that the room will be small but didn't realize that it is damn small. The room was located within a sharp corner portion of the hotel building. After putting the Queen sized bed, hardly any space to walk. Room service was rather poor as twice i had to ring the room service to replenish the toiletries, and the bell boy seems reluctantly to open the door for you esp. during the daytime.

Nice atmosphere. Great location. Good condition (room).
Bed and pillows were too soft which caused neck and back pain (the hotel brought new pillows right after we made a request though).
I stayed in the hotel on 23-25 of December. I was surprised to see that the room was in that good condition (compared to another hotel nearby which I stayed the year before - paying almost the same amount of money). The room was small (I expected that) but quite new. Bathroom was clean and nice. It's easy to get there by MTR (45 sec walk from hotel's entrance) or Airport Express free shuttle bus (bus stops just around the corner). Out of the hotels that I have stayed in Hong Kong and Kowloon (same price range), I think this is my favorite one! BTW, the bed and pillows need to be improved. I didn't sleep well and had neck and back pain during the day.

In the heart of the shopping district and very close to all major attractions. Very good restaurant. Beds are also very good.
Rooms are very small, surroundings crowded and noisy.
In the heart of the shopping district and very close to all major attractions. The downside is of course that the surroundings are very crowded and noisy. The restaurant is very good. Rooms are very small but the beds make up for a lot. Staff isn't always very helpful nor friendly.
Shopping Tip : With Nathan Street just around the corner, you already have lots of shopping facilities, but do try to visit the smaller streets as they offer real sopping opportunities as well.

Location - just above the TST MTR
Extremely small room, difficult to walk around if have big bags stored and was expensive during the X'mas period
We have stayed in this hotel numerous times last few years during the pre/post X'mas period. Very small space but the location was excellent - TST MTR is just below the hotel. About 5 mins walk to Harbour City. Room is clean and tidy and modern. Things/Amenities in the room is what you would expect of a similar star rating hotel in Asia. Lots of staff at check in - minimal waiting time, speaks good Englis and huge reception foyer area. During one of our stays, we had breakfast that came with the room. Very good selection of Western/Eastern food. Price was reasonable. Will definitely consider staying at this hotel if we are back in Hong Kong again.
