It is really in a good location, 2 mins walk to the MTR and shopping area. The hotel room is clean, but the bed is damp and the room is too small, smaller than other 4 star hotels, I booked a superior room but the room size is same with standard room but need to pay more. Travel tip : There is an esprit outlet and Nine West store nearby where you can shop for very nice and cheap stuff.

Perfect location, just on Nathan Rd. Attentive staff. Rooms not so big, but quiet, clean and with full comfort. Just one restaurant (a bit expensive) is not the most. Why not also a coffee-shop? The bar is a bit small, sometimes problems in finding a seat. The good service starts with the Airport Hotels Bus taking you just at the Hotel entrance; fast and cheap. Very good accomodation and attentive service. I've appreciated also the "Tour desk" offering quite good sightseeing suggestions at reasonable prices. Free umbrellas if necessary. Surely a Hotel to suggest to friends. As a journalist I'm frequently travelling and Kowloon is definitely a good choice.

Near public transportation, helpful staff, large selection for breakfast buffet. Room was a bit on the small side, not enough help from staff in finding good resturants, some language barriers. Overall, this hotel was a very good choice for us. It was right next to their train system. There was a large choice of breakfast which was also for a good price. They had many daily tour options to choose from. The staff was always very polite and usually very helpful. Unfortunately, not all the staff spoke or understood enough English.
Shopping Tip : Lots of good little shops in the vicinity.

Small room. Paying for Internet. Checked-in late but was well taken care of. Hotel is in excellent location in TST - walking distance to most shopping & star ferry.
was upgraded to Deluxe room - they are small HK rooms. Clean, well equipped & quiet (15th floor). Had to pay for wi-fi (when will they all stop this) - its time it was free service everywhere.

Location, friendly staff. Lobby sometimes crowded causing delays to check in / out, and answering general queries. The hotel was good, and I would stay there again. In fact this review is about the original stay that myself, my wife and daughter extended because we wanted to stay longer in Hong Kong and the hotel was adequate and good value ( when booked through Agoda ). I would consider using this hotel again, however when in Hong Kong I don't tend to spend a lot of time in the Hotel.

Good Location, very helpful, Hotel rooms were a bit small, but tghis is Hong Kong. No views Generally very good. The hotel is in good location, very near to the underground and only 10mins walk to the star ferry. The reception area is large, and the staff were helpful and courteous. They also haev an information centre recording all inbound and outbound flights, which was very useful because I was meeting my wife and daughter from the airport, and not sure of their arrival times. The taxis were easy to get from rreception. We did not eat at the hotel other than room service once, but that was fine. The rooms were small, and the staff insisted on entering for cleaning whenevr they liked. This did not spoil the enjoymeny however, and would stay there again. Also very convenient for the shops.

In a great shopping area and good location for MTR and star ferry, china ferry. Staff not as polished as other hotels. They are freindly enough though. Rooms very small and starting to be worn.
I don't think there should be a charge for internet. Kowloon hotel is in a great location for star ferry, china ferry and MTR. Shopping is right outside the door. Star bucks is around the corner for a cheap breakfast. Rooms are small, however desk space is good for working. I don't think the hotel should charge for internet. Most hotels in china supply at no charge. The room is usually clean- no mildew smell. Note that the ceilings are very low.

Location, location, location. Easy to get to anywhere in Hong Kong including the airport via the MTR. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good, excellent choices available. Rooms were small, but the service made up for that. The hotel staff made us feel welcome when we arrived. Took the upgrade option that included free breakfast and free cocktail hour (two hours). The best feature of the hotel is the location and its connection to the subway (underpasses) direct from the hotel. Avoided the rain and crossing roads. Will stay at the hotel when we next visit Hong Kong.
Hotel Feature Tip : Take the upgrade option - free breakfast in a separate area from other guests and the two hours of free drinks, great.

I stayed in Kowloon Hotel several times and never had any complain. The cost-benefit is excellent. The location is supreme: walking distance to the main mall in TST, to the Star ferry, KCR and MTR stations.

Good location, good staff, clean hotel. TV is not located in a good location in the room, rooms are too small. The best part of the hotel is its location, in the center of the MTR stations as well as star ferry, convenient also to access to the TST east track line, food & variety is delicious in the coffee shop and specially the late night buffet is worth its cost having a lot of variety.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk down after dinner to the star ferry and enjoy the view and cool breeze and freshness near the sea :-) I love it.

Price is right for location. Rooms are clean Rooms are small- Should have free internet access Rooms are small, but okay for one person. Though the desk area is compact is works well. easy access to the internest, I've never had a disconnect problem. I think it should be a free service. I've stayed in many hotels in asia and most don't charge. Staff is freindly, but always seemed hurried or frazzled ?

Only good thing is the location. Rooms were absolutely tiny! This is the kind of hotel you stay at if you plan to spend absolutely no time here and use your room to only sleep, literally. A lot of tour groups go here, so there's always a buzz around the hotel lobby with lots of tourists. Definitely a budget hotel feeling.

This hotel is comfortable. Its near mtr and easy to tell to hk taxi when you want to go back to hotel.(cause most of hk taxi know this hotel name in english) but it have very small room and deposit expensive 800 hkd per room per night.
Shopping Tip : This hotel is next to penin if you are brand lover.
