Pleasent, Clean, helpful and friendly staffs lifts are not so pleasent Location of this hotel is good and it is very close to all amenities, walking distance to the water front, all shopping area and restaurant. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friend. My 92 years old dad too finds it good. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Hong Kong.

We have arrived in Hong Kong at the Tsim Tsa Tsui Ferry Terminal. Kowloon Hotel is great for its vicinity to many clothes' stores and to the MRT station, though getting to this hotel from the nearby ferry terminal could be rather tiring. Facilities that they provide include lending umbrellas and helpful staffs serving with a friendly smile made the stay a comfortable one.

i have to mention it again that the hotel;s location is absolutely great. youve got mtr downstairs, walking distance to harbour city, lot of good restaurants and retail shops nearby. this is not my first time in this hotel and I have to say I am never disappointed on every single visit of mine to this hotel. nothing much really. the room might be a tad bit small and they charge internet at the rate of HKD120/ 24hrs. all in all, its been a great stay at the kowloon hotel this time. i enjoyed my stay here. every single staff at the hotel provided great service and of great help. concierge was very nice in guiding us to wherever we wanted to go and even recommended several nice places for us to dine at. would definitely consider to visit this hotel again in the future.

Easy to access MTR and surrounding with many shopping center This hotel is reasonable price for the hotel in that good area of Hong Kong. It is very close to access MTR and bus stop.Hotel is clean and staff is professional.Room is quite small but larger than average hotel in Hong Kong. Hotel front is quite narrow but good appearance. poor view from hotel room, very limited cable channel Location is superb. Everything is accessible and a mall is located just below the hotel that easily connects you to Nathan Road, which is the main street of Tsimshatsui. For those craving for western fastfood, McDonald's is just a stone's throw away from the hotel. Sasa and other outlet stores can also be seen nearby. It is also just walking distance to Harbour City, Macau Ferry terminal, Avenue of Stars, etc. We got a Superior room with twin beds and its quite worth it for its cheap price. Although it is not recommended if you have plenty of luggages as it could only accommodate a big luggage or two. There's barely a space to move around. The room is really just fro sleeping and resting.

The Hotel located at the center of shopping places which we can choose to shop the cheap things or the breand names. The Kowloon Hotel are located at the center of the shopping places. Around that area there are so many restaurants for me to choose variety food to eat. Also the second floor of the hotel has a good Dim Sum restaueant which the prices are reasonable. The room is clean and the bedrooms are comfortable which make me sleep well after the tried day of shopping. Services are execellent. Everybody in the hotel are helpfull, polite and smile.
Restaurant Tip : Near the hotel, the Sun Plaza has a food court which we can choose variety foods.

Right above the MTR station The hotel is located just above the MTR station which makes it very convenient to board the train.It also is situated in the shopping district very near the Ocean Center and Ocean Terminal. The rooms in the hotel are extremely small tough, making it impossible to move around if you have 2 luggages. We got the superior more expensive room thinking that the space would be bigger but then to our disappointment, the hotel people said the superior rooms were just as big as the regular rooms except that they are located on the higher floors.. which is not thet advantageous exactly. Also there there were several improvements being made outside the hotel which made it quite dusty and noisy. But overall, the hotel is ok for the price that they charged. I would recoomend this hotel if you dont mind a small room.

Location. Proximity to MTR and Star Ferry. Clean rooms. LCD TV. The location is fantastic. It is on Nathan Rd, so it is close to shopping and great food. It is also close to China Ferry Terminal convienient for me when I went to Macau. Close to train and Star Ferry so travelling to Hong Kong Island was swift and easy. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. It was a bit small (had to jump over my luggage =] ).Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

location is good ... the mtr station is just right outside the hotel, and other tourist sites are just meters away the location of the hotel is its major advantage. it is close to all transport options: the buses, the mtr and the ferries. it is also conveniently close to a lot of tourist spots : the avenue of stars, the space museum, etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the space museum is just across the hotel, the avenue of stars are just a few minutes away. you also get mobility to all other sites via the mrt and the ferry which are conveniently close to the hotel
