Kowloon hotel locates in a very good location, accessible to MRT (tsim sha shui) and walkable to tourist attraction in kowloon side. The room is newly renovated. However, the room is quite small, considered as not so valued for money when compared with the money spent. The package to get one breakfast free is quite strange (as I got two persons coming for honeymoon). Also, need to be careful on drinking water when I was charged for complimentary ones for 3 nights - free for one night (however, I managed to get waived when I raised complaints to the staff whose face face showed how she was dissatisfied with me.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good location, newly renovated room but small, be careful with drinking water and on breakfast package.

Great Service and Clean Hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and check out afternoon to Mainland Shenzhen. We left our luggage in this hotel for 2 days while we are in Shenzhen. Very friendly hotel, clean and location is superb.

Chose The Kowloon Hotel for its location and had read other review that the room size is small, thus wasn't surprised at the size of the room. However, we had chosen Deluxe which is supposed to be bigger and can't imagine if we had taken Standard, as the room is really small. There is just enough space for our 2 luggages and to walk around. However, everything was adequate and the room was newly renovated, thus we felt it was worth its deal.
The main plus point is its location, with 2 MTR exits located at its doorstep, including a Lift. Its location is easily walkable to shopping areas, avenue of stars, star ferry, hongkong ferry terminal etc.
Frontdesk staff was helpful and housekeeping efficient. Also, there are ice cube dispensers convenienty located along the corridor.

we only stay 1 night here before going to macau and china, nice hotel with great location, and near the cotaijet harbour to macau, the hotel is located in hongkong crowded area tsim tsa shui, the room is clean , and the staff very helpfull, it was a nice stay here

The hotel is very nice and clean with only 20 meters away from MTR, very convenient indeed. Though the breakfast that included with the package (at the coffee shop on the lobby) was not so good.
Overall, we were impressed with the location, the place and the service.

Great location and clean rooms
rooms are clean and they are at a really good location. everything is very comvinient

People first said that the rooms are too small and it was but it was really clean. MTR is right infront of the hotel so traveling is vry convinient. No wonder the rooms are small, with this price, it's totally worth it
