Great location w great staff, small room though
MTR exits everywhere, lots of good places to eat around

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Hotel staff were kind and accommodating. They even assisted me with a box i shipped out. Fruits and water replenishment everyday. Location is superb! I suggest to get the deluxe room for a more comfortable stay next time =)
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Macau Restaurant located on the next street perpendicular to the hotel.
Airport Express Free shuttle service stop at this hotel!

Friendly & helpful staff. Near to MTR station.

did not have to wait long to check-in. staff is familiar with the surrounding. able to direct where is the nearest bookshop, with the location & name given. room size just nice for 1 person. great shopping around the area.

Great location and very convenient
Located just behind Penninsula Hotel and very near to MTR

It is a perfect place to stay for those who love shopping either in Kowloon or Hong Kong area it is very conveneint to go around Hong Kong by MTR, easily connect to airport by shuttle bus and city check-in at Kowloon station. The room is a bit small but clean and good service.

had a most wonderful trip. weather was just right but the best feature was hotel's location. mtr train was just outside the hotel and easily accessible to shopping belt.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
best mtr system. so well connected and organised to any of the attractions. cet a octopus (yop up card) or airport express card(unlimited trips but hitch was only on train).well located map at station. if lost, feel free to ask. very helpful people around.

The hotel is located in the heart of tsimshatsui, shopping and dining outlets all within 5mins. It is also just above the subway station. However, despite being upgraded to an executive room, it is still very small.
Shopping Tip:
Nothing much to shop in iSquare nearby, but lots of fine restaurants there.

Great location near the habour and nice shopping area. Unlimited food store around. Great view at night, room a little bit too small but managable.
Warm and nice staff during check in and out. Helpful personal for direction.
Habour Shopping center is one of the nice nearby place to visit and shop around.

The hotel is new renovated and located in the heart of the shopping district. Very convenient to access to any public transportations. We had 2 rooms, the complimentary fruits placed in only one room. We didn't get 2 complimentary bottles of water on the first night. Breakfast is expensive. Anyway, we're still very satisfied with the hotel. I will definitely stay there again!

All in all this hotel offers fairly good value for money. Location is excellent for those who likes shopping. Well connected by buses and MRT. On the other hand, rooms are small and there is no free Wi-Fi services.
