Beware of renovations at the hotel.
Location. Starbucks next door and MTR right at your doorstep. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

We have stayed here many times when in HK Hotel undergoing renovations till September. Avoid it till then. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay for a few nights. Rooms are small. Good for couples but not families. They have a very good Chinese Restaurant that serves the most delicious dim sums minus the noise that is normally associated with dim sum places.
Travel tip:
Take bus 66 to Stanley Market and enjoy a tour of HK on the way. Remember to seat on the upper deck. Not for the faint hearted. Check with conceige for location of bus stop.

Although the lobby was noisy due to renovations, the staff were very efficient. My stay was short but comfortable. The travel agent at the concierge was very helpful. The dim sum restaurant is probably one of the best in Kowloon. The hotel location is great, and value for money is unbeatable. I will definitely come back, and even recommend to friends.

Maybe this is the standard for Hong Kong but the room was tiny, we were given a room on the Executive level so wrongly I assumed the room would be better than standard. It was newly renovated but no view, jackhammer going all day on other renovations. No free wifi. Would definitely try somewhere else.

Overall for shopping and just take a nap ... it's ok. For staying in hotel and have a long sleep, i don't recommend it.
