A good place to stay
Beside the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, Centrally located, New Rooms,Beside shopping area, restaurants, McDonald's, 7-11, and Starbucks.

Looking at the Pros and Cons I have listed and considering the price I have paid for the room, I think it was well worth it. It's the cheapest hotel you can get in Tsim Sha Tsui which is just a minute away from the subway which is a big factor of consideration for me. Also, Tsim Sha Tsui is the best place to stay at Hong Kong.

A hotel to consider
Clean, nice, extremely accessible to public transportation, shopping area, restaurants, fast and efficient front desk.

hotel room very small
the best feature ot the hotel is the location

the room is very small, we got a no smoking floor but the whole floor smells like cigarette. the ref is not cold and the television is not working well. the staff are good and the best feature is the location,very near the train station and 2 starbucks are only outside the hotel. the hotel is in the center of shopping.
Shopping Tip:
you can find shops selling make up and perfumes just use the stairs after the elevator, there is also a small starbucks on the basement of the hotel. it is very near the ocean terminal. the hotel is perfect for shoppers

My stay
The location is really excellent. Very near all the shopping areas and transport like MTR.

This is actually my second stay in Kowloon Hotel. It is really well situated in the Tsim Tsa Tsui shopping district. MTR station and bus stops are just at your doorstep. Restaurants are all over the place. Even money changers are very easy to find. The hotel is undergoing renovation and there are some noise during daytime. The staff are very helpful and friendly and are ready to assist in evey way. For the price, it is really a good deal. I will again stay at this place next time I visit Hong Kong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The East Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR station can easily be accessed via the interconnecting walkway from the TST Mtr Station right at the doodstep. This is very convenient specially when it is raining.

The location is the prime asset of this hotel. This is already my second stay. I will surely stay at this place again when I visit Hong Kong. Their price is very reasonable considering the good features of this place. The building is already old and is undergoing renovation. The ceiling is very low and I am sure that tall people will find this strange. The hotel staff are all very helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The front desk has some Filipino staff which comes very handy if you have some complicated problems or requests because they speak very good english.

2010 Kowloon Hotel
price, location, good Buffet Breakfast.

This was a clean hotel, convenient location. Close to MTR. Can take free bus (#K2)from airport train station.
This hotel has a friendly, helpful staff. Check in time was reasonable.
I saw two major air line crews check in during my stay which to me adds to the credibility of this hotel.
I am a 20 year veteran of Asia travel and have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past few years. i will continue to do so.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Subway station just left of front door is very convenient..particularly if adverse weather conditions

For the past years, me & my wife have been staying in Kawloon Hotel for more then 8 times. We like the locality there & is near to the MTR station. Therefore, we can travel to any places as we wants to.

Very Convenient
The Hotel has an entrance to the MTR. It is 5 meters from Nathan Road and close to the Star Ferry

If you want to shop and eat in TST, this Hotel is a great location. You can shop, and have your choice of many restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
The MTR is right outside the door. There is a CTS Travel agent, 3 minutes away. It is, simply, in a great location and a great value for TST.

Overrated hotel
Good location. Walking distance to many of the harbor sights on the avenue ofthe stars.

The Kowloon Hotel was a disappointment in that after going through a great lobby, the room was not one that would expect from a four star hotel. There was no place to spread our luggage, and this was "living out of a suitcase" situation. The bathroom was in dire need of renovation, and the TV was a 19" model sitting atop the desk. Since the hotel is undergoing renovation, we could hear the drills pounding away, even though we were on the 6th floor. I would try to find a better place the next time.
