my hongkong stay at kowloon hotel
the location of the hotel is its best selling feature. the staff are helpful, friendly and accomodating.

This is my third trip to Hongkong in a spand of ten years. Much have changed in the last ten year and the most notable are the street signs that are very visible in everystreet corner. We walked from the hotel to starferry going to wanchai then took the tram from wanchai to starferry hongkong side to kawloon side. We would have been lost if not for the street signs that are very visible on every street corner.
One will find it very easy to go back to the hotel walking to any point in kawloon because kawloon hotel is located just at the back of Peninsula Hotel. A very famous hotel in Hongkong. I certainly would stay at Kawloon hotel the next time that I visit Hongkong.
Restaurant Tip:
if you are budget minded about dining, try back street restaurant perpendicular to nathan road.

I'm quite disappointed with the room and bed. Also They put the bottles of water 2, in the fridge and 2 in table. They charged for those which were outside the fridge and said the complementary were inside. That's the reason I had to pay for them.

The standard of service was very high. Everyone greets you with a smile. I was also a very demanding customer, and made really difficult requests (ranging from borrowing a pair of cufflings at 8am, to early check in at 6am), but the hotel really went the extra mile to provide for me.

5 nights stay in Kowloon Hotel (TST)
Great location, with link within hotel to MTR and great shopping/food along Nathan Road. Helpful concierge staff.

This is a hotel that I would recommend if you're looking for one with great location (going to Mongkok area or Hong Kong Island can be all done with just one MTR transfer). Else, this might not be a good option as you should be able to find better hotel with better room condition in Hong Kong.

I like the hotel location as I could take the MTR to most of my destinations easily; plus the fact that it is close to the Star Ferry is an additional benift for business traveller! It is a well maintained hotel in every way, though it must be established for more than 15 years! It is indeed great value!

the hotel room was too small .. the staff were very frindly .. the location of the hotel was the best thing about it. and normally when you pick a hotel you pick it for the location. to me the size was not bad since i only come at night and slep. the rest of the day i am outside the hotel. if you are planning to stay inside the hotel.. find another hotel with bigger rooms.

It's locate at a very strategic location which just next to the MTR Station and just a few minutes walk can reach the harbour city shopping mall. Somehow, the room is too small and it just a narrow place for us to walk around.

It was good place, because near by MRT station.
Very easy to find some food and many shopping mall around like Seibu.
Near to Ferry Harbour if you want to go to Macau or China.
But, the size of their room was very small, not enough space if you bring many things.
