The hotel is lovely, but it is the service from the staff that makes The Langham an excellent hotel - nothing is too much trouble.
The location in Kowloon is also unbeatable, you are right in the thick of the action.

every time you come back to the hotel you are greated with a warm smile . also the girls at the front desk were always nice always greeted me will. the room was always cleaned well. i found the breakfast average. but breakfast on 11th floor was good .
Shopping Tip:
There is no need to go yo far from this hotel as all the shops you need are near by.

I dont have anything bad to say about the hotel; everything from checking in to our last day was great. The main reason I chose Langham was because of the location. Its close to the shopping area and the MTR.
The room we stayed is just lovely..and i definitely would like to come back the next time i visit hong kong.
Restaurant Tip:
There's also a really nice halal restaurant nearby called Ziafat. Walking distance from the hotel..

Great hotel in a good location. High quality finish to the rooms but the one window was extremely small so not much daylight. Also the fresh fruit served at breakfast was mushy and only a small selection offered which was surprising as the buffet breakfast selection was otherwise very good and varied.

good location near train station and shopping area. nice decoration hotel and smell good. comfortable for checking in at the club lounge with snack and drinks. no need to stand and wait for checking in. nice and big bathroom with large bath tub and shower room. there's service for using a shower room at the fitness after check out and have to wait for an evening flight. even we didn't use it but nice to hear that there's service for that. also free wi-fi in room.

The room was a bit small and with out any view. The check in staff was friendly and efficient. The location was right in the main shopping area of Tsim Sha Tsui and was very crowded with shoppers. The restaraunt, NY Deli was great and the food was very good. The room was a bit out dated in terms of features and furnishings. The breakfast buffet was very good and one of the better ones in Hong Kong. There was several choices and I ate there every morning as it was included in my rate.
