desirable location in Kowloon -- close to MTR, Star Ferry, Harbour City, One Peking Place, i-Square; staff is very courteous and helpful; excellent restaurants slow check in -- not enough hotel receptionists during periods where there are a lot of guests checking-in or departing Stayed for four nights in late December 2009 at a Grand room on the sixth floor. Room appointments are impressive and our king bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping is very efficient. Complimentary drinking water and bathroom amenities are replaced daily. Six functioning elevators ensure a short wait for a ride.
Restaurant Tip : The 2-star Michelin rated Chinese restaurant at the hotel's second floor is a must try.
Hutong restaurant at One Peking Place right across the hotel is another must try dining experience. The menu and the view of the Victoria Harbour are outstanding. Reservations can be made online.

-nice location The Langham Hotels location is perfect. It is situated across Ocean Terminal and is very near the China Ferry Station to Macau. There is also a Duty Free Galleria inside the hotel building that opens relatively early. The rooms are spacious with 2 queen sized beds each. However, the rooms are quite old and there are renovations going on in the hotel which makes it noisy and quite dusty at times. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Good Location, very nice Lobby, especially during christmas, food was great, price was very good. Nothing Much really. Only the elevators were a little slow and had to wait for a bit. The Langham Hotel was great. Service was good, staff were nice. Easy and quick to check in and out even though times were busy during Christmas. The lobby deco was very nice, and immediately upon entering the hotel the air smells fresh and relaxing.
Food in the hotel was good (steaks were good!). Location is good, walking distance to MTR stations and many other areas.
A happy guest.

-renovations going on Overall, the stay was okay. It is conveniently located across Ocean Terminal and very near the China Ferry Station. It is also lacated in the same building as Duty Free Galleria. The rooms are very spacious since thet have two queen sized beds but the carpet is not very clean. The rooms look old as well. I would like to return to this hotel someday after the renovations are done.

Very good location, clean towels small twin size beds instead of full size All my family members like the hotel's locations. It's closed to many shopping malls, restaurants.
Restaurant Tip : Try local food at "Macau" Restaurant which is nearby Hai Phong Rd.

Rooms were good size & clean Breakfast was too expensive We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we loved the little touches which included having the bed turned down each evening & a card left with the following days weather. On our first night we asked for a bucket of ice & without asking again it was provided each evening thereafter. Our request of inter-connecting rooms was available on checking in. All staff were very helpful with all our queries & gave suitable advise on how to get to places of interest.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Peak is a must to visit & is best to go late afternoon & watch the night lights come to life.

this is the 2nd time i live in this hotel. i only can say this hotel is amazing! many shopping center nearby. taxi is everywhere! the room is big and the air cond is cold. especially the scent of the hotel! "ginger flower". the scent can be brought from the hotel.

Cosy, clean , helpful staff very comfortable. hopefully the rates would not be too much during peak time. My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay at the Langham Tsimtsashui. I would recommend it to my friends as it's location is so convenient as well.

Convenient location, 5 star hotel with michelin restaurants and excellent rooms.
The cleaners were late most days When you enter the Langham Hotel you notice immediately a lot of interesting Chinese modern art, and the lavishly adorned lobby welcomes you to a well furnished and spacious hotel. We got upgraded to a junior suite and had access to the Club facilities. The restaurants - Bostonian and Tang Court - are renowned and amazing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near to the Peninsula, the Nathan Road and all the shops nearby

Super location, 2 blocks away from the Star Ferry
One of the best service we ever had in a luxury hotel.
The Club floor lounge offers the most refined and quality breakfast and cocktail spreads you can imagine.(including alcoohol breverages).
Very helpful and responsive staff. The rooms are refined but not excessively big. This hotel is a gem in this busy city. The service, the ammenities and the food exceeds what we experienced 2 weeks later at the Peninsula. For the difference in price, I highly recommend getting a Club Floor room.
The cocktail hour finger food is such (quality, variety and quantity)that we had "supper" there 2 nights in a row.
Hotel Feature Tip : Beside its top location to shopping and the Star ferry,the Club Floor is among the best we saw in our extensive travel history.

Serviceminded personel, great club and gym. The poolarea, the sun is blocked from other buildings and it is a cold pool.
To expensive, overcharged. The langham Tsim Tsa Tsui has become my second home when I am in Hong Kong, I enjoy the warm feeling that the personel creates, the club and the hotel itself has a really good standard. The beads are perfect with your own preferens of pillows, the only negativ thing is that it is a bit overcharged compared to other hotels, they have raised prices continuesly during the last years and is now on the edge of being to expensive in contrast to what you get.
Nightlife Tip : Well it is easy to say that if you are a first timer in HK you should go to Felix and have a drink at the skybar, don´t miss to use the restroom. Then you should also vist Ned Kelly´s last stand, a jazzpub nearby.

Bad service, poor housekeeping and outrageous internet connection price -- 100 hkd per hour Only after many complains we were able to get the manager to get the maid to properly clean the room.
No vaccum cleaning, dirty towels and sheets, towell left on the floor, full garbage cans, etc.
The room air conditioning/ventilation system was noisy t the point that we could not get a night sleep.
Because the hotel is always busy, the management and personel does not seem to care at all and remained mostly unresponsive.
The price of a slow internet connection was 100HKD per hour so we had to go to Starbuck to check email.
I go to HKG often and this hotel does not deserve its reputation. After the Bonaparte in Wan Chai, this is the worst place I have stayed in HKG.
For the same amount i suggest you go the Lanson Place or the Regal Hotel in Causeway Bay.

Comfort. Speed of lifts Bathroom basin tap. Lack of mirrors in room. The Langham hotel is situated in an easily accessible area for MRT and the Star Ferry, and is in easy walking distance to both Nathan Road and the shops of Harbour City. Our room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable and clean. Outstanding service offered by a friendly helpful staff at all levels. The housekeeping and concierge staff in particular.
Shopping Tip : Make sure to visit the smaller shops in Cameron and Carnarvon roads, these offer good value. Also visit the Yue Hwa Chinese products shop in Jordan for authentic chinese goods.
