fashion hotel in the heart of kowloon

10 minutes walking distance from tst mtr, it's not that far as you can window-shop on your way to hotel, bring an umbrella in case of rain, in particular rainy spring season. conveiently located right next to knutsford terrace, good choice for people who enjoys a night drink in bar, but business travellers may need to enquire the hotel to arrange a quieter room on higher level. the hotel itself isn’t big, small lobby, small room, small bath, everything small but the overall interior deco polished up stylishly. night shift staffs were friendly. breakfast was good, in my case one of the best feature of the hotel.

This is one o my favorite hotels in Hong Kong.
Very good location and excellent service.

I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times and the standard has always been excellent with friendly efficient staff, particularly at reception. The breakfast is very good although one downside is that after 3 years coming there they will no longer poach eggs. Rooms are very pleasant and wifi is thrown in the room charge.

good money/stars/location ratio for hong kong with small rooms, slow internet, good breakfast and bad music during it. too much smiles for me but not in a bad way. put sign dont disturb on the door.
they are ringing all the time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
hotel airp. shuttle dont take except you are solo hotel charge too much rather take a cab watch for extras. If it's rainy borrow umbrella in Hotel. Ignore tailors/watches salers.

Good bet for stay in Hong Kong

Very well located in Kowloon bay
Staff were very helpful - great service, check in to check out and after (showering before late evening departure and so on)!
Quirky hotel, very unique, a nice change from the big chains!
Excellent breakfasts!
Small but well equipped gym.
Good connectivity, wifi throughout and office downstairs.
One let down would be that although the design and rooms are funky and fresh, the infrastructure isn't... even though we don't smoke, courtesy of neighbors and the ventilation system there was smoke in our room... maybe a one-off but it was annoying!
Would I stay again, yes I would.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The room was very decent - good size, quirky interiors, everything functioning and in good shape. The hotel service staff were excellent - really very good service received! The hotel breakfast buffet was adequate - not excellent but enough to get by.
The hotel is extremely centrally located and the shops are literally right outside. However it is still a but of a walk to the nearest train station - about ten minutes.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a free hotel shuttle from the airport express stops that stops outside the hotel. Don't need to drag your luggage from the train station if you're taking the airport express.

very nice hotel with creat decors! loved to stay there and would like to get back to hkg to stay in this hotel... defintely of western style and taste. can only recommend this hotel if you got to stay in this part of hkg. great western breakfast!

Design hotel and they give me a upgrade upon arrival. The room is quite nice but the bathroom is small, only shower and without bathtub. Location is good, walking distance to Metro and department stores. Just few steps from Mira Mall and Mira Hotel.
The breakfast is very lousy and noisy. Concierge and waiters are unprofessional and impatient.
Shopping Tip:
Mall and convenient store are very close.
