very nice hotel with creat decors! loved to stay there and would like to get back to hkg to stay in this hotel... defintely of western style and taste. can only recommend this hotel if you got to stay in this part of hkg. great western breakfast!

Overall a very pleasant stay. The room was very decent - good size, quirky interiors, everything functioning and in good shape. The hotel service staff were excellent - really very good service received! The hotel breakfast buffet was adequate - not excellent but enough to get by.
The hotel is extremely centrally located and the shops are literally right outside. However it is still a but of a walk to the nearest train station - about ten minutes.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a free hotel shuttle from the airport express stops that stops outside the hotel. Don't need to drag your luggage from the train station if you're taking the airport express.

Design hotel and they give me a upgrade upon arrival. The room is quite nice but the bathroom is small, only shower and without bathtub. Location is good, walking distance to Metro and department stores. Just few steps from Mira Mall and Mira Hotel.
The breakfast is very lousy and noisy. Concierge and waiters are unprofessional and impatient.
Shopping Tip:
Mall and convenient store are very close.

The staffs were evrey cordial and a very welcoming reception. The bed was comfortable and excellent breakfast buffet spread in the morning.
I requested for an egg white omelette and the staffs went an extra mile to do it for me even when egg was readily availble at the buffet spread.
Nightlife Tip:
for those whom like to chill out for a drink after a day of shopping fun, round the corner of the hotel is filleds with rows of bars and pub that u can chill in

Unique decor and cosy!

We had stayed in the Luxe Manor last summer for 3 days, we had good memories of our stay so we decided to stay in the hotel again on this trip. Good service, the room was clean although a little small. Good quality breakfast buffet. Staff at front desk were helpful but could be more proactive and connected with guests on a more personal level.
A little pricy for the size of the room but great location and a excellent alternative to conventional corporate hotel. We will stay there again.

although my stay was only was for one night the staff were great, we had dinner the night of arrival then they helped us with options to where we went for the rest if the evening. we explained what we were looking for and they set us right. we had a great night and exactly what we were hoping for our short stay. great thanks
