The atmosphere at the reception Nice change for the intercontinental big brands.
Restaurant Tip : A nice restaurant street with loads of varieties just behind the hotel. Almost instant access for shopping too. MTR and sightseeing close.

nice design and layout. all round the area are shopping and dining... reserved for 2 person however, daily shampoo and stuffs is only in 1 set. got to call them to bring up extra set daily. When the room service came and tidy the room after the first day, they give us 1 hand towel less...while checking out,they were asking for the towel which i think they really got to improve this area. The hotel outlook and interior is awesome. from the airport; taking airport express and the shuttle bus to hotel was a breeze( very fast). The room is neat and cosy. However, got to request for extra set of shampoo kit daily though reservation was made for 2. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Locaion was great too. Near the mrt and easy to move around. If you would to pay for a price close to this, would recommend you trying this hotel for different experience.

Decor is pretty cool,its centrally perfecly located,
fast wireless, small room,but ok by hongkong standards, the ac was humming all night. the hotels centraly located, which ever way you go, its shopping all around, quite close to the hom hom railway ie if you are traveling to any part of china, short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MRT (METRO). finding a place to eat wastnt a problem, for muslims the mosque is just around the corner, as for the hotel, the decor is pretty cool, the've tried to make a small room very luxurious, since the room is not lit well the dim lighting makes it feel cosier or even smaller, the toilets are pretty small, rooms and toilets were very clean, they had lots of plugs to plug in both phones and my laptop, the cofee and tea came useful, for a hongkong hotel the staff were very friendly, very unusual of them to smile, anyway they kept the act going well. its a good place for business or holiday, if you are with kids u might have an issue with the room size, dim lighting and few tv channels, in short lovely stay
Shopping Tip : found a wholesale market for mobile phones, on nathern road, it was chunking mansion, all Indian shops, great bargains

Perfect location, good room layouts My wife and I traveled together with our two small kids. For us to sleep in the same room, we asked for two double beds, but the beds barely fit an adult and a child. We feel the hotel is perfectly situated, as the hotel is near everywhere we wanted to go to.
Shopping Tip : Just do some walking and you'll find good buys.

It is a nice boutique hotel, located in heart of the town - Tsim Sha Tsui, breakfast is very good, Free internet, Room is reasonable in size, bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable.
General speaking, it is very nice hotel.
But I would say it is only max 4 stars.
Therefore, price is a bit high in this rates, anyway, I like it.
Hotel Feature Tip : Gym room is too small.

Comfortable room, great amenities, big shower head, plasma tv, free wifi, plushy bed with a fluffy duvet, conveniently located near shopping and eating places, friendly and helpful staff, nice continental breakfast (fresh juices, freshly brewed coffee, hot food and cereals) I got a great deal Which is a steal for HK. I'd stay there again.

no omelette/fried egg/scrambled egg option at breakfast It's already my 4th time to stay in The Luxe Manor and I always enjoy my stay there. This time however my room was pretty small. The breakfast is good and big enough for me, others who might expect to eat in the morning for the rest of the day might find it not perfect.
However the rooms are clean, the internet is fast and free, the location in Kowloon is perfect and there seem to be no groups checking in or out, so usually no cuing up at the front desk.
Nightlife Tip : just behind the hotel there is a small lane with many bars and restaurants. just go to "All Night Long", where there are live bands until 3am (at least weekends).

The hotel has got all the essentials in the room - plug adapter, hair dryer, slipper & bathrobe, etc.
The location is very good - near restaurants, shops, 7-11, subway. Good sizeable bathroom with rainshower. This rather is a 4 star hotel than a 5 star. It's a small hotel without swimming pool. General ambience is dark, make it feel even smaller. Everyday breakfast is exactly the same, western type. If you like Chinese style, there're restaurants nearby. It's a shopping location. Taxi & airport bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. I booked this hotel because the website is very nice - gave a feel of fantasy. The actual room & hotel don't really offer that feeling. This is a renovated hotel with extra touches of "design" to make it get away as a "boutique hotel". There're bigger hotels in HK that would offer you an appreciation of space.
Hotel Feature Tip : The TV is covered with a painting frame. The fridge with a drawer design.

Unique design, theme and feel. Fantastic location near the MTR. Excellent service. Clean. Lots of shops and eateries all round. We just spent 4 days in Luxe Manor. Overall it was a fantastic experience and everything from it's location, it's design and service was praise worhty.
We were pleasantly surprised by the interior design. Very modern and very interesting. The few odd shaped and oversized armchairs and couches at the lobby were an attraction by itself.
The location of the hotel is really great as it was very near a major MTR station and there were decent eateries just outside.
Pricing is inexpensive for such a quality hotel with breakfast thrown in.
The staff are well trained and consistently courteous. Checking in and out was fast and hassle free. Special mention must be made to the services of the concierge esp. Asst Chief Concierge Patrick who helped us to locate our camera which we left on board the train. He took the trouble to look up the train company's number, speak to them on our behalf, located our camera, arranged for us to see the person in charge and came up personally to our room to inform us of the good news and arrangements to retrieve our camera. Fantastic!!
We will definitely be back to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Nice and spacious room. Courteous staff. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days-3nights. I stayed together with my mom and aunt who are both senior citizen. I should say that The Luxe Manor hotel has unique artistic design and even my mom and aunt appreciated it. Room is beautiful, I love the toilet design as well. The staff are courteous, they took time talking to us giving us directions on how to go places in Hongkong. The airport bus who brings visitor to the MTR Kowloon station for free, stops right in front of Hotel so its very convenient to travel. It is also near to TST MTR station. There are good restaurants right outside the hotel. Breakfast is good as well. I definitely will go back to this hotel and refer this to my friends.
Restaurant Tip : Nearby is Ben and Jerry ice cream parlour.. so yummy!

The beds are also comfortable and the bedspreads are clean and crisp. The location of the hotel is convenient and many of the necessities are easily accessible. However the room and bahrooms are on the small side and he lobby is also quite small. However what makes a great morning is their breakfast which is of great quality and variety. Overall a good experience, and I would re-visit the hotel when I have the opportunity.

Great Staff Loved our stay there... I've stayed at two hotels so far in Hong Kong and Luxe Manor was the best value for the price, its key location made it easy to access shops, restaurants, anything you would want in Hong Kong. Top Notch, no complaints!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Our stay was very short, only a three day weekend. If time is limited take a half day tour to visit the markets and dinner cruise to see the light show at night (starting about 5pm and ending at 10pm). Also the all-day visit to Disney Land (starts at 10am and ending at 8pm).
