very good location, very new and very clean.
an ugly curtain right on top of the reception, blocking the view for incomming guest to be seen. The hotel is stylish with a lot of "kitsch' but the 'kitsch" is fitting and looks okay, whether in the lobby or at the room.
The shower is great and the amenities are good.
But why are only 2 small bottles of water in the room when there are 2 guests?
The TV is nicely placed into a picture frame, also pretty difficult to operate; it took quit a while to find out how it's working.
The breakfast is just enough and no need to be more. Why some hotel put a spread on the buffet which makes you stuff yourself that you are rather go back to bed instead exploring the place, is a riddle to me. Here at the Manor hotel you eat a good breakfast which is just enough.
Only minus point is the uniform of the employees in this restaurant. It’s to formula. Dinner is fine but gives these guys a break. A shirt is just enough, no need a jacket.
I would properly stay again at this hotel when I'm back in Hong Kong

Well designed,cozy,convenient and compact. I could enjoy promotion price. Location is very good for shopping,dinning and etc.
All staff are friendly and well trained.
Free shuttle bus service to Kowloon station
for Airport Express is operated every 12 minute.
Restaurant Tip : We can enjoy any kind of foods in Nut ford terrace
just behind of this hotel.

Quite, Good location,Helpful staff Not as clean as it used to be First thing I usually check with hotel rooms is the bathroom. Still clean but needs better scrubbing. Hanging space is very limited and nowhere to place your suitcase except on the floor.Aircon wasn't working and only fixed after 2 days. I asked and got late checkout, but I wonder if it was due to aircon problems. Still good value.
Travel tip : Close to shops/restaurants.

Good Location,and Connect to Airport Express, Free internet good for business people. The room & designe was nice modern chic, net to shopping and MTR shulttel bus to Kowloon station and check in to Airport by Airport express.

Hotel is on Kimberly Road which is only 5 minutes from MTR. Surrounded by shops and cool place to hangout. Hotel room has one of the best bed I have ever slept on. Hotel is hard to notice since it is a small building. Our rate was included breakfast and it was lovely! Staffs were very helpful. Was upgraded to Studio Room which had street view. If i would go back to Hong Kong, I would stay there again.

The lobby is marvelously designed art works.You will love the scent of the lobby the moment you step inside.The room is very beautiful.The bathroom is small but very nicely designed. Luxe Manor is one of the best hotels I have stayed in kowloon.I admire the art works specially in the lobby.They have free buffet breakfast that is included with the stay and the food was good.I just love to stay in the room rather than go out shopping.I would definitely come back to stay again on my next trip to Hongkong and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay with them when they are in Hongkong.

great service, friendly and extremely helpful staff; lovely decor and atmosphere. the restaurant did not allow children to dine, pity. We enjoyed our stay at the Luxe Manor hotel tremendously. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful in every way. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was very nice. We received 2 cookies as treats each day; even though I don't eat sweets, the treats made us felt special, great feeling. I only thing that they could improve is their breakfast selection, it was quite limited and were the same everyday. We stayed there for 4 nights, and by the 3rd and 4th I didn't feel like having breakfast there at all but that's just a minor point. We would definitely stay again. Simply lovely.

Nice small Hotel
close to everything in Kowloon

You need to be very careful to find the hotel entrance.
The ordered king size bed turned out to be queen size. The nice small hotel at Kimberley Road just 100m off Nathan road is equipped with any state of the art feature. Rooms in a nice average size (compared with other Hotels in Hongkong).
Unlike most Hotels in Hongkong, which are not offering breakfast at all, the well sorted breakfast buffet is well equipped for every western guests. The Chinese guest will not find much for his start into the day.
Hotel Feature Tip : Comming from the airport take airport express train to Kowloon station. From there a complementary bus (number K4) brings you in few minutes directly to the front of the Hotel (second stop).

Good location, near metro, beautiful and very special rooms, excellent staff, good price, and good western buffe breakfast. Really good choice! Very few cons, could be some chinese food in the breakfast I highly recommend this hotel for those staying in central Kowloon in Hong Kong. It is really a gem, a small botique hotel. Very special design of the interior. Nice, professional and very helpful staff all the time, and a special thanks to assistant manager Angela Mak, who even helped us to find a nice resturang nearby the evening we arrived! We upgraded to larger rooms, but even the smaller rooms (22 m2 if I remember right) are very good to stay in. The hotel was redecorated in 2006, in a surrealistic design so everything is fresh both in rooms and interior.
Travel tip : There are a number of nice restaurants nearby, both western and asian food, and shops as well.

Well run clean hotel. Staff helpful and veyr nice rooms Small buffet breakfast...Everytime we went out the touts near the hotel would bother me to buy a suit over and over for the 4 days we stayed. I did enjoy my time at the hotel except for the suit sales pitch all the time. Down the street was a line of places to eat at the Knutford steps. Pricey but worth a look. Many places to shop in the area so my wife was in heaven and the MTR is close. The sushi place 616 was fantasic just around the corner. The 7/11 is a place to save so bucks is a 3 minute walk and we had a great shake from the ben and jerrys. Sos the are is great and the hotel is worth the money so try and it and give a pass ont he suits.
Restaurant Tip : Find the Sushi place 616 for a good meal.

Excellent location. Unique interior design and pleasant atmosphere. This is my first time staying at this hotel. The first impression is the building itself then the lobby. They are outstanding and welcoming. The lobby interior design is very lively with light, color and art. The staff is very pleasant and polite. Not to mention they are very well dressed too. I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and my daughter. They are very happy and that makes me very happy too. The breakfast here is......excellent!!! as well as the paintings in the restaurant. All staff was very attentive and polite. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I come to Hong Kong.

excellent service, room design is very comfortable. Feels like a country B&B inn the feather(?) comforter smells of duck or some bird smell. Room is a bit small When I entered the room, it feels like staying in a country side B&B inn.Yet I am in the middle of this modern city. The quality of breakfast (came with the package I got through Agoda) is very good. Fresh juice, lox, ... Could use a little variation though.
