great passionate staff, a wonderful ambience, and great food.
a big tick on all levels.ps, one of the best spa/pool set ups i have experienced!

I stay at Mira for 2 night and found out great services n conveniences on the following:
1) Easy transportation from the Airport by taking Airport express and then take free shuttle bus (K4)to the hotel
2) Arrival staff are very helpful on check in
3) Hotel locate at great location
4) Easy to find great restuarant near by the hotel
5) Close to MRT n Shopping place
6) Room is very modern clearn and hi tech
7) Facilities is very excellent Ex. Spa & Fitness

Nice hotel but poor service at check out

Check in was great. High tech hotel rooms with excellent decor. Check out was very poor. Had to wait for them to "check" if the room was ok before they could check us out and they advised it would take 15 mins! I asked them if they can speed it up and they advised if we used a credit card then we would not have to wait. Very poor service and service WITHOUT a smile. Complained this to the Front office manager and had to explain to us why the service was poor. At least the FOM had the decency to apologize.

Mira Hotel is a very modern and comfortable hotel. In room PC and even an ipod dock give it that extra wow.
I feel very comfortable in this hotel and this time tried the lunch buffet and have to say it was one of the nicest Ive had, excellent food quality.
Also very handy location with Knutsford Terrace food and bars within 2 min walk and handy to Nathan Rd shopping areas.

Good service, Great Pool + Spa
Service was good - not overly welcoming or friendly at the front desk but it was decent; however, the gentleman who brought up my luggage took the time to show me the room features (DVD player, iPod dock, cell phone, etc) and was very friendly. Room service was prompt and food was fine. The best part about the hotel was the gorgeous pool / spa area - recently opened and design is great. Steam room, sauna, cold shower, jacuzzi, etc. etc....better than most hotels in HK (I usually stay at MO, Island Shangri-la, or Upper House for business)...

If you are looking for a well run hotel with freindly staff then this is the place for you. For the price I believe it is good value for the money. It actaully convenient if you want to stay in TST - could be more central but the quality of The Mira made up for that. I can definite reccomend this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Just up the street form the adidas shop in TST there is a greatpurse shop for leather bags. think it is Reblecon. Right next to a hagen daz and across the street from Levi's. Great stuff!

close to what you want to eat what you want to shop and close to MTR.. nice place with nice room, free internet .. free wifi..

good hotel.. price is a little bit higher than others but room is fine. beautiful.. location is much closed to what you want to eat to shop.. location is very good.

This is the best 5 stars hotel that i have stayed in. The technology is second to none. High tech facilities in room. Free internet / wifi. Great location too. Only bad thing was our checkin was delayed by 45 mins and checkout took 15 mins. Other than that, its great

Room is clean, comfortable bed. staffs are very friendly. Very modern design..Would love to stay there again when we go back to HongKong.
Restaurant Tip:
Very good Chinese Restaurant at the hotel.
