Excellent hotel, fantastic service

The room was huge (king size bed), staff were very professional and friendly, check-in took longer than expected (I waited for 20 mins at least), but other than this, everything else is great.

The Mira was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice, clean and very quiet. The location was excellent and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend it to people.

Although it's a little bit small, it's clean, hip. When I found there's no DVD, they send techniicans who are polite and professional to set up for us. Good Service. Good Location.

Excellent Service at the front desk. Modern design at the lobby as well as the hotel rooms. Restaurants in the hotel are beautiful and with nice food in western, Chinese and Japanese. I will suggest my friends to stay in this hotel when visiting in HK.

Great location but little bit too small

Waited too long when check in at peak time because hotel is quite small. But the location and interior are nice. The service was great! People were smiling n welcoming since the door opens. The hotel inside smells really nice. The food at the restaurant was good as well.

its an amazing hotel, with beautiful interior designing and very well trained, helpful, polite and professional people in their staff. i enjoyed staying with them and will stay in same hotel for my next visit. the hotel location is also the best for all type of tourists. i will recommend all my friends and relatives to stay only in Mira.
