A wonderful location with incredible views.
We enjoyed the roof-top infinity pool, the level of service provided and the quality of the meals especially.

We stayed in a very spacious Club Deluxe Room on the 115th floor. There were plenty of sofas and window seats to enjoy the views. The bathroom was particularly impressive with a huge rain forrest shower and a big bath tub with a tv screen.
We used the infinity-pool at 4pm and were pleasantly suprised to find only 4 other people there. From here, the views over Hong Kong Island are unreal.
We had the buffet dinner at Cafe 103 where the quality of the ingredients was matched by the level of service provided by the staff. After dinner we went tothe Ozone Bar where the D.J. managed to provide the music at a level that allowed us to talk and still enjoy it.
Do make sure to get up early enough to enjoy the breakfast on the Club Floor with its incredible range of choice and level of quality that you'd expect.
We had planned to go for a pre-breakfast swim but the beds are just too comfortable. We stayed one night and left feeling like we'd been there for three. Wonderful.

right from the moment we checked in we were treated like vips. the staff was very friendly. the room given to us on the 112 floor with a view of the harbor was great.
we have just one point that the hotel may like to look into. the window drapes were either fully open or fully shut using the open / close button on the console next to the bed. we wanted to keep it partially open to allow some light to come in. i'm sure the modification can be done. food for thought.
thanks to the ritz carlton team for our comfortable stay. we look forward to another stay in the near future.

The location was great due to its close proximity with the Kowloon MTR station and the Elements shopping mall. However I loathe the air conditioner in the room which made me extremely uncomfortable and my skin totally dried out!

First time staying at the ritz hotel which proved to be as good as i was expected. The view at this highest hotel in the world was exellent. Breakfast at floor 102 offering good food selection with a ocean view. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Facilities such as swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi at floor 118 are highly recommended. Chinese restaurant that has michilin star at floor 102 was great too.

A must stay in Hong Kong. The hotel is an attraction itself. Our room was located at level 108, overlooking the beautiful Victoria Harbour. Wide range of high quality food available 6 times a day in the Club Lounge. Amazing standard in customer service and cleanliness. Wonderful experience.
