Luxury hotel. At the moment should be the world's tallest. Friendly staff in reception, not always in Hong Kong hotels. The room is big and quite good illuminated, nice bath room and amenities. Fast working in room dining. Pool is in 118th floor and of course with this magnificent view. Check out smooth and friendly.
Little bit far away and not the cheapest hotel in Hong Kong.
Hotel Feature Tip:
From reception to Kowloon station Airport Express train 10 min walking inside. Fastest way to the airport.

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、素晴らしいホテルでした。

空港からエアポートエクスプレスで20分の九龍駅から、エレメンツというショッピングアーケードを通って10分弱でフロントに到着です。エレベーターを乗り継がなきゃいけない（時間帯によっては、９階から１０３階のロビーに向かうエレベーターに列ができていました。）ところが、このホテルの唯一の難点でしょうか。
チェックインからスタッフの笑顔とウェルカムティーに癒され、お部屋もリッチで清潔で、朝食やアフタヌーンティーもとてもおいしくて、日常を忘れられる素晴らしいホテルでした。日本人スタッフは、私が滞在している間はクミコさんとおっしゃる方だけでしたが、（フレンドリーでやさしい方でした！）チェックインの際に、日本語の説明書をいただけましたので、不自由はないと思います。
次回も是非泊まりたいホテルです。

ここはもはや香港の観光名所のひとつと言えますね。
とにかく想い出に残るすばらしい設備、そして景色。時間が止まります。

１０３階のフロントでチェックインをしたところ、お部屋をアップグレードしたが部屋の準備がまだなのでクラブラウンジで待ってくださいとのこと。コーヒーを飲みながらしばらく待たされました。対応はさすがですね。そしていよいよ部屋へ。わぁー角部屋です。開業から１年しか経っていないので部屋のすみずみがきれいです。（広いし清潔です）もちろんハードだけでなくソフト面でもウェルカムフルーツやエッグタルトのサービスをはじめしっかりした「おもてなし」がありました。天気は最初曇りで景色もあまりよく見えませんでしたが、気分を変えて１１８階のプールでもゆっくりしていたら、香港島の景色がだんだんときれいに見えてきて満足しました。（部屋はハーバービューでしたが）とにかく非日常が楽しめ、想い出に残るホテルだと思います。私はこの値段でも十分満足しました。（部屋に流れていたリッツカールトンのビデオにも感動しました）
もっと贅沢を言うと、風呂にテレビが付いてるならジャグジーをつけて欲しいのと、トイレがウォシュレットだったら、もう何も言いません。

クラブラウンジが良かったです。
クラブラウンジ、日本語スタッフが来てくれた、スパは技術がある

女二人旅です。103階フロントですが、エレベーターが速く103階にいる実感がないです。
せっかくなのでクラブフロアにしました。部屋はまぁよかったです。
オゾンに飲みに行って、その後ラウンジで飲んで、朝スパで癒されました。
スパも日本に比べると安いです。
ただ、日本語を話せるスタッフが一名しかいなかって結構待ったので、もう少し増やしてほしいです。

103階が受付で、香港が一望できる。さらに、118階のバーは必見です。
部屋もラグジュアリーで気持よく、118階のバーの反対側にあるプールも気持ちいいです。
駅からも近いし、値段分の価値はあると思います。

樓下圓方廣場較一般香港購物中心寛敞和舒適.
飯店缺點不知是隔音極差或是住在我們房間旁的客人,是什麼樣怪異客人?我們在客房內聊天,居然被抱怨聲音太大,飯店派來二名人員敲門告知,讓人感到極度不舒服.
