The best thing about this hotel is that it is located right on top of the ferry terminal going to macau or china. Aside from that, it is also right beside the harbor city shopping complex! this is also close to the MTR station. The only thing is, the room needs a little updating and renovation. But other than that, its all good.

Very conveniently located. Has a well functionning travel agency. Not enough computers for internet users. This is an excellently located hotel for visitors who want to visit the area within a minimum of time.

I liked the convenience of being close to so much shopping and transportation was relatively convenient compared to other big cities. The cleaning was later each day and not realyl up to par. The service personnel were unfamiliar with their own city. They couldn't even help us find a decent church to attend on Sunday. Also, the excessive expense for the breakfast compared to the room price was disappointing to say the least. I really had planned on enjoying my stay at Royal Pacific. However, the hotel staff were not quite discerning enough to be as helpful as I would have liked to see. Directions to places of interest were wrong on two occassions and the staff were late cleaning the room making our restful afternoon into a draining experience. I could recommend this hotel for the off season guest who really enjoys a bargain near the star shopping street and harbor, but it would be a stretch to say that the hotel wouldbe my first recommended choice for consumers with refined taste. Thanks again for the stay, but then again it was a weak stay.
