Check - In Staff has no service mind. I have Booking for my friend 1 night and my friend booked for himself for another night. Hotel staff told us we need to pack the luggage and check out tomorrow if they check my friend booking collect they will contact us, But they didn't. Next day when we asked to confirm the booking the new guy said everything is normal.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Kawloon Park.

When the Check -In counter Staff told the customer they will confirm the room for tomorrow. They didn't. When the customer asked at the counter the new staff said it's normal. But for the customer, confirming the room is very important.

good location, cleanliness of the hotel. the overall is satisfactory, the hotel staff is quick enough to handle the requests. the hotel is located next to Harbour City and it is only 1 minute walk to enter into the one of largest shopping complex. Even the room is small, however, the room is very clean and also new.

Near to shopping centers, MTR, china ferry, star ferry and museums, free shuttle bus from airport express MTR to hotel and vice versa, nice facilities, courteous staffs. Royal Pacific Hotel provides easy accessibility to whatever you want to do in Hong Kong, whether for business or pleasure. We attend a convention held at the Convention Center and it is a 10 minutes walk going to Star Ferry to Wan Chai terminal near the convention center. After the convention, we were able to visit the Space Museum and the Avenue of the Stars which is in the same street only. Food around the Hotel are cheap enough and very good. Me and my daughter love to eat at Cafe de Coral which is very near the hotel. The food is cheap and delicious. You don't need to go far from the hotel because shopping center like Esprit is just outside your hotel entrance door and Louis Vuitton is just 3 to 5 minutes walk. Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR station is just 10 minutes walk. If you are tired, it is easy to go back to your hotel and have a rest.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you are for a holiday, business or a simple tour. Royal Pacific Hotel is a good place to stay.

good value for money hotel, rooms cd hv been larger, excellent location, not too crowded not too secluded. Breakfast inclusion in the price would have been welcome.
Reasonable room amenities with a good shower.
A few more lights in the room could have been helpful.
Overall a good experience right from booking with Agoda to checkout from the hotel.

Great location. Close to the ferry terminal, shopping and walking streets. Kind staff and a nice harbour view from the hotel window. We had to change our reserved extra bed because we also needed a baby cot for our youngest one. There was plenty of room for both but the staff did not want to put the cot into the room before the extra bed was removed. The baby cot was of very poor quality, to high but with too low sides, so that our baby tried to climb out by himself. Also the bed had some sharp nails sticking out which our baby hurt his hand on. The hotel ought to offer modern baby beds, not such old and dangerous ones. Over all the hotel has a good standrad. Especially the general areas are very nicely decorated and give a good impression. The staff is friendly and the location of the hotel is top, very close to the China ferry terminal, shopping and to the walking streets down town. The breakfast buffet restaurant was very good and offered a large and tasty buffet for breakfast.
Hotel Feature Tip : Like I mentioned above. The hotel need to invest money into proper children cots. The onee they offer are of poor quality, dangerous and old. And for Agoda - you need to tell your customers online that only one extra bed is allowed into the room. An additional baby cot was not allowed. I requested this with my booking, but it was not accepted at the hotel.

Free Shuttle bas from the airport to Hotel Shuttle bas station is located in a different building from the hotel lobby. Overall room is fanstastic although it is abit over priced during peak season. Conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsui. The Ferry Terminal is located right beneath the hotel which makes traveling to Macau very easy. Suggest to eat out as the hotel restaurant has very limited choices. Easy access to Shops and Malls.
Shopping Tip : Hotel is located on one of the busiest street in HK.

Closer to night market, ladies market and Jade market. 10 min walk to the closest MTR. Rooms are small. No breakfast included. Less chose of Cable channels The first impression of the hotel is very good as it is very clean and tidy. The rooms are comparatively smaller for the price you pay but cannot complain much since it is enough for a business traveller. The price does not include breakfast which i see is a disadvantage. The staff are very friedly and helpful. In all occations i wanted assistance to locate a place , they were very helpful to assist me.

Good place, a lot of eating place and near to the ferry terminal to Macao. Overall this is not a bad hotel.
And the staffs are very nice and friendly.
Very good location, a lot of shopping mall and eating place around. It is not that near to the train station, the walking distance is about 10 - 15 minutes.

Close to high end shopping mall, lots of international choices food in the harbor city food court. Close to MTR. Very good services. Staff were very helpful. Old hotels, bathroom walls and ceiling wallpaper are peeling and rooting. Smelly room and terrifying smell from almost all the pillows. Overall, this hotel is average. For basic necessity. Selling point is the close proximity to lots of shopping and foods. I am a bit cautious putting my head on the pillow, I can smell other peoples old sweat and musky smell from the pillows. Love their services very much. If I have no other choice I will go back there, but I would prefer to choose a newer hotel next time. I realized everywhere is pretty much connected as long as you are willing to walk 5- 10 mins. Good luck!

The rooms was really small. It is located near the big shopping center and easy to access to airport express station. Outside the hotel, you can also walk along the sea. Yet, it was high season and cost a lot but I could only get a very tiny room. I was not satisfied the price and the environment of stay. No breakfast was included!

A very lovely Hotel. We were surprised to find such a nice Hotel in our lower price range and would highly recommend. It is easily accessable and central to shopping, waterfront, ferries, walkway across road and into a central park etc.And attached to non stop continuous shopping mall - only if you could afford to shop there!

good value for money and very well situated on nathan road by all the big brand shops form all over the world they just had a big renovation and still a litle bid and for now evry thing looks good bud the rooms can be updated in style because this is from the tower side old fashion and all ready more than 15 years so renew can't harm the rooms I find the Royal Pacific hotel very attractive for the money they charge you, the hotel know where they talk about and the employees are very friendly.
For travelling to China this is a very good choice because the ferry leave 2 level lower bud also for shoopin this is very convinient because all the big international brandnames in fashion and also one of the biggest shopping malls of Asia is just 30 meters away from the Groundfloor entry and you can easy spent days of shopping there with only the best names and brands in it.
Conclusion good hotel not to big and very convinient good value for money
Shopping Tip : 30 mtr from the ground floor you have one of the biggest shopping malls of the world and beside this the hotel is located on one of the best roads Hong Kong
