Good location but really small room
Very close to Harbour City & Shopping Area but quite far from the Metro Station

the service is quite nice during our stay.
but nothing really impressed me during our stay there.
i would say everything is fair, if you like shopping. harbour city is literaly just next door. and it is very easy to find food around that area (some famous restaurants are around). a rather safe area to stay.
but the room is really small but i do not think it worth the price we paid for. and i do agree with many reviews comment on the bed before, this is almost like the worst bed i ever lay on in a 4 stars hotel and the pillow is really uncomfortable too.

Great location, great service
Hotel location is very good, was upgraded from Premier Room to the new tower wing (18th floor)

My flight was delayed and I arrived at the hotel quite late already. I was happy to get a free upgrade from Premier Room to the new Tower Wing (18th floor) which was really great! The room was quite nice and clean. Excellent hotel service.
This is my first time to stay at this hotel. I usually stay at the Gateway or Prince Hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel in my next trip.

Good enough
Good location for Macaw travel

Pretty, compact hotel room (maybe all rooms) with pressure feeling ceiling.
Good place for Macaw visit and morning athlete to the park.
5 minutes walk to sub station. 10 minutes walk to famous Star Ferry for convention center.
But that's all.
Restaurant Tip:
If not including the breakfast in room charge, it is not necessary to buy buffet ticket. Very good enough at cafe stand outside of buffet, while you are not chowhound.

i booked a standard room but was upgraded to a premier room upon check-in. the room was small but nonetheless quaint and provided all the space a solo traveler needed. it also had complete amenities, as well as transportation services, including an airport express shuttle bus stop, which made it all the more convenient. being located next to the premiered harbor city, it also provided an entertaining 10 minute walk going the ferry station, as well as restaurants and shops at an easy reach. i love staying at this hotel for business and shopping trips. it's also the cheaper alternative to the marco polo hotel, although i do find royal pacific's rooms more modern and up-to-date.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
never book a tour package or pick-up arrangement with a travel agent. the wait can take 30 minutes to an hour, as tour companies will have to wait for the whole lot on their list to approach them. also, they tend to book all planned tours on the spot, making the wait longer than it should be. just pick a hotel serviced by the airport express shuttle and you'll be there in 30 minutes to 45 minutes max, including the subsequent hotel stops by the shuttle. just book your tours with the hotel and it will be far more convenient.

Great Business Hotel

royal pacific hotel & towers offers a great location for any activities in hongkong especially the shopping part of your stay. for conventions, it is conveniently located near the star ferry that will take you to hk convention center. the staff are very courteous and helpful. for sure we will be staying again at this hotel for the coming conventions.
Shopping Tip:
It is near to shoppig malls, bring extra cash for your luxurious brans.

it was really great! we stayed here for 7 nights and all these nights were amazing! great service, comfortable rooms, nice staff and nice view! we recommend this hotel to everyone, who wants to spend good time in hong kong.

Great location easy access to all shopping destinations!

the location is great ...walking distance to many shopping areas.
there's also a shuttle bus from airport that would drop you and take you to airport right from the hotel... very convenient!
the staff are friendly and helpful.
the room is clean and as a woman travel alone i can say that it
is a very safe place to stay!

Great location and very accommodating staff.
It's 5 minutes away from Macau ferry terminal.

it was a very pleasurable stay, not only was it accessible to almost all parts of the shopping district of hong kong, it also has a great view of the park. since we love going to macau it is the perfect hotel for us because it is only five minutes away from the macau ferry terminal. but most of all their staff are very accommodating and very friendly we did not had a hard time communicating with them because they will help you all throughout with a smiling face. it was overall a great experience and we will be going back again very soon.

Awesome service, pricey room.
Hotel service was great, and was very helping when getting around.

room wasn't bad, and the bathroom was pretty spacious, so as far as the room features go, it was great. the hotel employees were extremely helpful, and friendly. the only downfall, was i felt the room was a little to pricey for what i paid, they gave me two beds(although they had one bed rooms), and it was just sorta awkward. all in all, i feel the standard room was about to expensive. nothing to big of a deal, but i felt i should have gotten more for my money, maybe a free breakfast or something. the bed however was extremely comfortable, i only needed one though.
