Location is the best feature of the hotel but checking in takes a lot of our time. Concierge are so helpful but they give wrong directions. Front desk personnel let clients wait for long periods and i find them not friendly they discriminate people they make it so hard for us especially on upgrading our booked room already they give us unfriendly rates unlike the other hotels... May i suggest that the personnel especially in the front desk ahould be more friendly and accomodating so waiting cant be so tiring and irritating. So late check ins and so early check outs.

The location is very near with Ferry terminal. There are a lot of mall around this hotel.For someone who want to go to Macau in the next day then this is the best hotel to stay. There is shuttle bus from and to Airport. The only bad thing here is the room. It is very small, there is no space for my baggage.

Hotel is located just next to metro stations, the train station (hung hom), and right next to one of the poshest shopping destinations in Kowloon. A short walk leads to tens of local restaurants. The service was relatively good,

For all the brand lovers, Harbour city is 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel location is definitely value for the money. Right next to the Harbour City which is the hottest spot in TST. It also a lot cheap then the hotels at Harbour City but still you enjoy the convenience of the it as it's just across the road.
Facilities are great, rooms are relatively reasonable given it's price. Hotel staff are nice. Also there's a bridge connecting to the Kowloon Park and provides faster access to the central and eat side of TST.

The location is good. Very close to the shopping hotspot in Tsim Sha Tsui. Many famous brand shops nearby. Many restaurants around there. You can have any types of food around there. Room is good and clean.
Shopping Tip:
There are many outlets in the shopping mall nearby so you can buy some brand name fashion in very low price.
