Great location at reasonable prices

the bed was a bit hard for my taste, but after shopping all day,
the location is great and good airport shuttle service which is free.

the hotel location is great. lots of shopping and restaurant nearby. However, the hotel rooms are small, especially toilet. besides, there are many entrance of the hotel, this make it quite compllicated to recognise the way to get to the room.

the location of the hotel is excellent. there are lots of shopping malls, boutiques and plenty of restaurant nearby.
just a few minute walk you can enjoy shopping and food

Great Staff Rooms need renovation though
close to downtown kowloon and star ferry but about 12 mins to nearest subway station

Chose this hotel for a convention in Hong Kong Island. The trip door to door to the convention center was at least 30 minutes. The Staff were really nice and helpful, buffet breakfast was great.

Small and Boring rooms

The rooms are very small. Not advisable for family with young children. The rooms need renovation already. There is not enough space for luggage. At first we were assigned to a very dusty room, dull paint with poor lighting and my two year old son keeps sneezing which is an indication of how dusty the place is. So, i complained and was assigned to a different room which is equally disappointing. No consideration on the part of the front desk officer who i find rude in the manner of her speaking. Imagine we paid premium for the 4 night stay then we could barely get an upgrade. It wasn't a fair price. Nonetheless we survived the whole stay. Won't check in ever again in this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Just use the elevator and go to 2nd floor and you'll be instantly in the mall. Food is nearby. Fast food, food court, many choices.

Good Value for money, professional hotel service.
good location (Canton Road), excellent availability of taxis (own taxi lot downstairs).

The rooms where clean, had a mini bar, a view and where not missing anything. The hotel is not for design lovers or people who are looking for "the extra kick". It is a normal business hotel, very professional managed - for people who are in Hong Kong for work - recommendable.
You can reach by foot the Canton Road for shopping and also the entire 2km long shipping mile along Canton Road with its 1000s of shops.
Shopping Tip:
Canton Road and the mall alongside Canton road. No matter what kind of fashion or watch brand you are looking for - it's inside this building! Watches are way more cheap here than in Europe. My recommendation: Elegance Watches. Top Prices.

Good location but rooms a tad too small
Efficient staff, good and reasonably priced breakfast, attached Travel agent very good.

'Pierside' good place for a few cocktails,food menu is rather restrictive for just a quick meal.
Lifts in the hotel (not towers) are very slow and a bit confusing for people staying on the higher floors.
Business centre staf were very helpful !!
Restaurant Tip:
Better eating options out of the hotel.

tiny hotel in a great location
upside to staying in this hotel is the location.

Aside from it being too small, it feels old and used. Not much space to walk around, especially when you have two luggage. Of course the bathroom is also small.
The elevator also took so long. You would have to wait for at least 3-5 minutes for it.
The staff were efficient and friendly. So the location and staff are the only selling point of this hotel.
