Central location in Wan Chai mediocre rooms
central wan chai location, efficient checkin, check out.
Very small twin beds, rooms looked old and out of date. Beds were very stiff. Basic accommodations.

Rooms are small. Deluxe and premiere are the same!
Nice shopping district
They weren't as nice as everyone claimed they are. They didn't give us a free upgrade. :(

Great location.
clean room, good location,
We booked 2 rooms in this hotel. Club Delux room was good. But other room was too small. (Premier room) Hotel location is great. We could not find anyone to help and carry our laggage. So we took out our laggage and found rooms ourselves!

Worst hotel experience ever
Reception staff rude
Upon arrival of hotel was greeted with very rude reception staff while checking in tried to put me in a room with two single beds and said maybe tomorrow we can move you to a double bed room, until I refused to stay and asked to cancel booking she then found a room which was below average in size and standard. We ate in there buffet cafe on the park as a result my girl friend got food poisoning from shell fish later that night she had a severe fever diarrhoea and vomitting had to race her to the hospital. They wanted to keep her in for a few days as she had a very high fever but we where returning to Thailand so they had to inject her with needles and give medication Doctor agreed she had food poisoning when informed duty manager he refused to believe his restaurant had below standard seafood. my girlfriend could have died.

Great location
If you want to shop, you are staying at the right place
Rooms are a little small but tastefully appointed. Then again everything is small in HK because of the scarcity of land. But the buffet breakfast is excellent and the staff are extremely nice. I was able to get an upgrade just by being nice to the person at the front desk. Courtesy goes a long way in Asia. I am in hotels as a business traveler and find that if you treat the people at the front desk politely they will go out of their way to make your stay pleasurable. This hotel went way out of their way to make sure that i enjoyed my stay. I will stay here again.
