Location
The location is the hotel's best feature - access to China Ferry Terninal, near to Austin MTR station, a variety of restaurant and shops within its copound, right across Kowloon park which the kids loved and leads directly to Nathan Road.. surely, its locations is its strength! Efficient concierge and self-check out services, very friendly and accommodating staff.Being part of the chain of hotels that are serviced by the free shuttle bus from Kowloon MTR is a plus for travellers with many luggages in tow.

The tourist-friendly culture and services of the hotel made our stay in Hong Kong hassle-free and very memorable. We only had our itinerary to worry about because the hotel has already anticipated most of our needs and made sure the services are up to par.

room was clean though a too small for the prime area like tsim sa tsui. location was strategic. food outlets and shopping on the same building. overall stay was good.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel was equipped with shopping area and restaurants. you will never go wrong with this hotel. though if you are looking for a bigger hotel space, this is not your type.

the thing that need to improve the most is the lift, i've waited for at least 5 minutes every time i need to take it. oh and also the check in service, too slow.

The location id best for shoppers, where anywhere nearby the hotels are mega malls.

it was really a pleasure to stay in this hotel. the location is truly convenient for shopping and access to trasportation. we found it so easy to go to macau because the ferry teminal is just within the hotel building. finding a place to dine and sample hongkong's local food waas no problem for they were jus about every corner. even when we looked for food familiar to our taste like mcdonalds and kfc they were just within the hotel vicinity, like a neighbor. i can definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who will travel to visit hongkong and neigboring China like Macau. i found real value for my money as we saved so much in trasportation. only thing i missed was to enjoy the other hotel facilities bacause of lack of time.

great location when coming from Macao ferry

it's a fine location in a great location with good service and reasonable price. just a couple steps from habour city with the various brand names shopping plaza, star ferry to hk side and great view of voctoria harbour. a short walk to nathan road makes this hotel easy access to both local area/ restaurants and a little high-end area. staff are nice, rooms are clean as newly renovated. we like it and will definitely come again.

great location and directly linked to the ferry terminal/mall to macau and china. all the branded boutiques are along the same street at your doorstep. mtr station was a 10 min walk away, not exactly at our doorstep. we reserved the premier room nearly 4 months in advance hence i got a pretty good deal. i could tell the bedroom was recently renovated, but the bathroom looks to be at least more than a decade old.
Restaurant Tip:
Sweet Dynasty across the street has a very nice ambience upstairs and great food. Go early around 11 for lunch to avoid a long wait.
