Hotel is pretty old but the service is not bad. Satisfy with the price and service. The bed is quite comfortable. Clean and good location.
The staff is still very helpfull and friendly.Good rates
Restaurant Tip:
Very good dinner buffet and offer 20% for resident.

Conveniently located with Airport Express service at Bus terminal to Kowloon Station and bus to Mongkok (Hua Yuen Street)

the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to places using buses and to airport (airport express free service to kowloon station). there is about 8- 10 mins to the mtr station. the line which serves the hotel is not the popular route (purple line) so there is a need to understand the mtr lines before boarding.

excellent centrally located hotel close to china ferry terminal. breakfast served in cafe which was above average. concieage very helpful. overall a good experience although on the rate we were paying a little expensive. rooms excellent. paid for a harbour view which we appreciated.

The renovated wing was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. The room was spacious!

the service at the hotel was very good. we had to request for a change of room at 11pm as my gf experienced a bad allergic reaction. and the staff kindly changed our room to the new wing.
the location was fantastic as it was only a floor down to to the ferry to macau. very convenient!

Extremely ideal location for travellers who like to shop.
Just next to the Harbour Shopping Mall where you can find big brands, Prada, Gucci, LV etc.
The rooms are extremely small and needs refurbishing badly. But that will increase the price.
Bottomline, if you're not fussy and want a convenient place to stay without having to burn your pocket, this is the hotel for you.

Convenient location but small room
Convenient to the shopping belt, right next to the hotel.

It is in the good location. A huge shopping belt comprising a number of shopping malls is just next door. The seemingly no-ending shopping malls will make shop and shop till you drop.
Just cross the road, there are small restaurants having delicious chinese food.
However, crossing the road just outside the mainstreet entrance to the hotel is a bit chaotic. you really have to lookk out for the traffic and strictly follow the predestrian green-and-red traffic lights.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Within a distance of 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a place called 'Heritage 1881'. It is a nice place to take photo (particularly at night) and eat. You shouldn't miss it.
