overall, it's a pleasant stay with the pacific hotel. the location is quite convenient, plenty shops and restaurants . however, the room ( standard room type) is relatively small compare with other 5 star hotels.

Many shops are around. food and dinning was poor, but the food outside of the hotel was great. check in time is too long. Price was ok during weekend, but i would only live in this hotel for business trip. room wasn't that comfortable, i can say it is below my standard.

Smooth check in and out with almost no awaiting time. Friendly services with great efficiency. Excellent location for booth tourist and business traveler who wanted to have a good taste of everything in Hong Kong. Excellent transportation hub of every mean. Less than an hour to reach the airport on both directions on high speed Airport Express train.

my stay here was fine first of all because of its perfect location too all sort of traveling u can get anywhere from hongkong from here it being the main access to the china ferry terminal and taxi stops and bus stops

great location - next to Harbour City Mall and ferry terminal to Macau

1) when we check-in, most of the staffs look like they were having a very long and harsh day, no greeting, no smiling
2) room is small and not in a pleasant condition.
3) not helpful staff at the travel desk - long story...we've just ended up got our tickets at Circle K convenience store.

Originally booked Premier room but very small and in need of a lot of maintenence. We moved to a harbour room and it was 3 times the size. The bathroom was as big as our original room. We were on a non smoking floor but the person next door was smoking and it was coming under the inconnecting door. Staff would only suggest he stop even though it was not a smoking floor.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book a Harbour view room because others are too small

great location if you are planning to spend some time for shopping. good location for sight seeing also, you can have a nice view of the hong kong harbor or the kowloon park depending on where your room is located at. it is about five to ten minutes walk to the train station which you can ride to go for more shopping.

it was good along however after the check out time when I try to take a taxi from the hotel lobby, it took around 20 mins to wait. (as my travel is short distance travel to Monk Kok) However, there were two taxi waiting there only to airport. The hotel should not make arrangement like this for taxi. (I am sure these taxi drivers make special arrangement with the hotel staff in letting them having preferences for long distance travel which this should not be happened) It ends up suffering is the customer me for waiting.
