Convenient location
Right next to ferry to macao

Overall we t very satisfied w the hotel. It is near to shoppin centre and also ferry to macao. The rm is quite big thou it is a bit old.
Restaurant Tip:
Near the hotel there is this chinese restaurant called sweet dynadty. Great for dimsum, congee! It had various branches acros china. Only 10 mi walk! Highly recommended!

Very busy hotel with expensive added features

the hotel was adequate but i booked a grand deluxe room in the tower wing. sounds very nice but when we got there the room was very small and the finishes were old. the room stank of i dont know what. i asked them to move us to anther room which they did. they 'upgraded' us to a better room but if i compared the price i was paying for the original room to the upgrade i would never pay that much for the room. not worth the money at all. the internet costs day or per week. it becomes ridiculous when you have paid so much for the room and there is no breakfast included.
Shopping Tip:
There is an awesome shopping centre under the hotel aswell as just outside. You walk through the major shopping centre to get to the ferry.

The hotel was comfortable and its location in Kowloon is excellent. It is perfectly located if you want to do a ferry trip to China or Macau, you can walk from the hotel straight to the ferry. Close to shopping centres and Nathan road. I would like to see a wireless internet availability in the public areas.

i was staying at this hotel for a few days and the location is good... for example, to go to central, just walk right up to the end of the road and take the star ferry across. of course, you can also opt to go to the mrt station.
you can also walk down the streets for shopping, food and also walk to the jordan side for shopping.

Small rooms for an expensive price

this hotel is horribly overpriced for the size room that you get. all the names of the different kinds of rooms actually means nothing. the rooms are very small from the entry level to the top floor.
Shopping Tip:
The harbour City shopping centre is next door to the hotel and has all the big brands that you may be looking for.

We were quite appalled by the small room that welcomed us when we stepped into the rooms. The room cant accomodate another single bed as we wanted to do so initially. Loction is great as it is very very near macau ferry terminal. Staff were very friendly and able to converse in english
Shopping Tip:
There is an Esprit outlet at the ground floor of the hotel which opens till quite late i assume as I went in at 11.30pm and its still open. However, the Esprit staff were quite rude when I checked with her the closing time of the outlet. She told me she has no idea of the closing time of the shop.!

rambling hotel with compact rooms & good service
the rooms were well appointed and the service very good

even with the value offered by agoda - eating out would definitely be a better alternatve.
access to taxis is excellent and although limited major retail outlets are available in canton road other areas can be easily accessed by either walking or preferably by car.
Travel tip:
provided the value offered by agoda can be repeated i will definitely be making a return visit to this hotel

Great Location but elevator is always full

This is second time for me to stay in this hotel, because it has good location for shopping and near Kowloon Airport Express. But disappointed to spend so much time for elevator and check in time was late, I was lucky as I could do check in after 2:30 pm, my friends needed to wait till to 4:30 pm. This is first time I couldn't do check in after 2 pm in this hotel.

The concierge staff was helpful and firendly, we were also upgraded to a premium room. I think that bathroom needs to be upgraded quote quickly. For a hotel of this class it needs better bathrooms. The reception staff was also friendly. The elevators took a long time to arrive at our floors on several occasions.
