When I arrived the receiption, I requested for free upgrade to bigger room. It's so nice the manager arranged me a bigger room with more than 300 sq feet.
However, the lighting system inside the room having a great problem while we can only turn on or off for all light rather than seperately. Quite old facility inside the hotel and no swimming pool is so poor.

A Splendid Hotel and Accommodating Staff
Location at Canton Road near Kowloon Park and Nathan Road without the noise, what more would you want.

The premier room of the Royal Pacific Hotel is small, neat and cozy. The room is perfect for single travelers, a little small for couples with big luggage and plenty shopping goodies.
The rooms give you a very good view of either the kowloon park and the Hongkong skyline or the Harbour. The hotel is connected to the ferry terminal to Macau making it very convenient to see Macau.
For all of these, the hotel rates are very reasonable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you're staying at a premier room, don't bring too much luggage.

Great location but small and musky rooms
Convenience to nearby Harbour City, Silvercord, Nathan Road, and Gateway. Service was efficient and the stay was simply value for money.

This hotel is value for money. It simply has to improve on refreshening its rooms and cleanliness needs to be reviewed. F&B is basic and fine. Not recommended for a romantic interlude but sufficient for a quick bite. Its location is a big plus.

Good location and nice hotel

I stayed almost a week at this hotel. Breakfast was very expensive and so was a cup of coffee in the business lounge.... for a cup of coffee!!!. Who stays in a hotel for 30 days? Anyway the hotel was in a good location and the rooms with satisfactory. This is not a business hotel though and would not suggest it for any business traveler.

We need to join the long queue in order to check in and even check out our room. that is very time consuming!
The room is so small that after placing our lugage, we have no room to walk.
Location is near canton road and china ferry terminal. very good location.

the hotel is located in the tst area of kowloon. near the hotel, there are many many great shopping sites and dining places. this is the selling pt of the hotel.

Great location and good value for money
Well appointed rooms and in-room facilities, good access for shopping and ferries to Hong Kong Island

Overall I was happy with the hotel during my recent stay. Check-in arrangements were good and I was able to quickly relax in the room. The room was a decent size and had all expected in-room amenities for a hotel in this price range. The queue for checking out was long and processing was slow but other than that I found no faults with the services provided. I was only on a short-stay and the location was great for central Hong Kong located very close to the ferry port and major shopping centres.
I would stay there again but would be better prepared next time
Restaurant Tip:
Dress up warm if intending to eat at the hotel.

good for trasporation to Macua by ferry and also for the city transfer, get to the airport easily because there is airport express shuttle bus pass bay, also in the shopping area, easily to shopping and eating.

In the best location for the shopper, all around with shopping centers and restaurants, and also the best location for the traveller who wants to go to Macau by ferry!!
