Firstly we checked in to the hotel in one tower after walking through the Chinamainland Ferry terminal and through a shopping centre, only to be told that our room was in another tower so off we went. While its not a long walk it is somewhat frustrating. Later we found a quick way directly from our hotel room to the street but initally checking in with bags was tiresome.
Its in a great spot very easy walk to inter island ferry, great shopping in shopping centres right next door.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
While it is a bit of a walk set off early and head to the markets - Ladies market, electronics, etc.
There is quite a few markets on the way and by grabbing something to eat near the market and then continuing on to other markets and then coming back via Nathan Road it makes for a great afternoon/night out in Hong Kong.

The premier rooms are very small so we upgraed to Harbour view which was a lot better The breakfast is great with lots of variety.
Shopping Tip:
Don't forget to go to the ladies market, night market and Stanley Market. You can get a bus to Stanley from outside the hotel and have lunch looking out over the ocean.

Located in shopping district
There was nothing, other than location I liked
4
I can understand small, however the upkeep leaves much to be desired. My bed was clean, thank goodness or I would have left for other accomodation. The washroom reminded me of a motel I once stayed in as a teenager, what I thought would be a once in a lifetime experience. The employees were neither happy nor miserable, just indifferent. I could not stay in the room for very long, only to sleep. The price was extremely reasonable and I now know why. I would have gladly paid double for a cleaner environment with happy employees.
Shopping Tip:
It is in a great area for shopping and haggling with the street vendors. This was a lot of fun.

Small rooms but a good base for exploring
Great location, modern decor, comfy bed
7.7
Overall this was a good place to stay for the price, but there wasn't anything that made it stand out from most other hotels I've stayed in. It's best feature is it's location - a bustling spot in TST with easy access to HK island. Overall we were happy with no major complaints.

This hotel is within walking distance to the financial district, and shopping malls also may good restaurants. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The food was very good and well priced. The room we had was clean and comfortable but ready for decorating.

Lovely hotel , fantastic service, a great location
8.3
We loved our stay there. Initially, when we opened the door, the room looked and felt excruciatingly small. I checked for bedbugs and there was none. Everything else was in working order and spotlessly tidy. The size of the room didn't bother us once we settled in and figured out how to open our suitcases. The housekeeping staff was fantastic. They were helpful and gentle and willing to be flexible with their cleaning routines. We were very happy and we will definitely come back.
Travel tip:
The hotel is on the main shopping strip. It is a shopping mecca for those travelers who are looking for designer products. There are plenty of eateries around. Travelers can eat a full meal for very little money. It is only about a 6-7 min walk to the star ferries.

Hotel is very accessible. Very good location. Within Hong Kong's shopping district. Near the MTR station. Same building of the hotel is the Macau ferry. Although, the rooms are quite small. Overall it was a good experience. Will definitely come back and recommend to other people.

Location great but premier room very small
Loved the locaton and the staff were great
7.7
We had booked the Premier room but found it very small and very tired. Needed a lot of work in the bathroom. We paid extra to upgrade to a Harbour room which we found a lot more comfortable. Simon from the front desk was very helpful when we found the guest next door was smoking and it was a non smoking floor. The smell was coming under the interconnecting door.
We would stay here again
