Great Hotel, prompt service, staff freindly
Room large, staff freindly, close to everything, free internet to do business, quite hotel

I am completely happy with my stay and found the location great. Food options from traditional Chinese to Macdonalds close by. I took long 4 hour walk on the Saturday and had no trouble finding my way back to the Hotel.

Good location in TST but old rooms
Location within walking distance of the best of TST, helpful concierge

Useful hotel, great location. If you are able to book a room at a reasonable price, represents good value for the location. If you're expecting a new room etc, Otherwise, quality of the hotel overall is fine...

we paid quite a good amount of money for the standard room, but still it was smaller than we expected. The check-in and out process too very long time and the key card didn't work, it work just the first time when we return in the afternoon the card didn't work at all, we had to go down to the counter and have them restore the card. (disappointed) the breakfast in the morning was fine, was hoping it could be better some items were too cold.
Overall experience was fine however i'm hoping there would improved on the small detail and the quality of everything.

Great Location, Good Price
The location was great! Very good deal considering that it is on Canton Road. Hotels in the area cost much higher than Royal Pacific. Upgraded rooms are very nice.

One of the rooms we were assigned had some trouble with the A/C. We told the staff about it and they were able to fix it right away.
The hotel is getting a little old, but the staff sure know how to make things work.
Very convenient as right above the ferry terminal to Macau and other points in China. Got from the ferry to my room in less than 20minutes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Squeeze a day trip to Macau, especially since this hotel is connected to the ferry terminal

superb hotel with exceptional staffs
The location is at its best. Very accessible to the shopping centers, transport facilities and restaurants.
9.3
The hotel staffs are very accommodating and cheerful. They set to it that everyday the room is clean and well-arranged. In short, the next time I visit Hong Kong I will not hesitate to book room in this hotel again. A kind of hotel I can boast and recommend to my co-travelers. One more thing, it is the only hotel linked to the Hong Kong – Macau Ferry Terminal. So if you are planning to visit 2 countries in one trip, book your room in Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers!

Relaxing room and good location
breathable space, good room interior, great location, away from noise, near ferry station
10
The room was large enough to move around, and it was the type of room that you can stay and relax, and not just for sleep because it's cozy and the interior - even the bathroom - looks good. The location was great because there's a good distance from the busy streets so there's no noise and there aren't a lot of people roaming around the hotel, but just a few minutes walk from good shops and MTR station. And if you're planning to visit Macau during your stay, this is a good hotel to stay at since the ferry station is just downstairs.

Great location but bad service
5.3
The room is dirty but the staff change the room for me.The waiting time for the lift is taken me sometimes and other ppl could access to the floor directly. We also can hear the sounds from outside if too noisy. The bed is uncomfortable coz its too hard.

Great location and reasonable rates! Stone's throw away from the Ocean Centre and right above the Macau ferry terminal for those who enjoy visiting the Las Vegas of Asia

So So location, great rooms...in the 90's

I've stayed at several HK hotels and this one was by far the worst. The rooms were very dated and seemed to cater to PRC visitors, not western business travelers. Dirty carpets and walls, small shower.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Location good only if you are staying one night and leaving to Macau as the location is above the ferry terminal.
