So So location, great rooms...in the 90's
3
I've stayed at several HK hotels and this one was by far the worst. The rooms were very dated and seemed to cater to PRC visitors, not western business travelers. Dirty carpets and walls, small shower.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Location good only if you are staying one night and leaving to Macau as the location is above the ferry terminal.

This was a convenient and fair-priced hotel. The building is reasonably modern but would benefit from a little upgrading in areas such as the bathroom, which always suffer in the tropics. Very easy to get to the main transport systems, Star Ferry, Airport Express and the waterfront. The Concierge at the Hotel is VERY HELPFUL
Shopping Tip:
The hotel location is easy access to all shopping area.

Basic hotel with outdated and small rooms
great location into most areas of Tsimtsashui/Kowloon.

was given room on 15th floor. toilet was overflowing & shower was not draining. Terrible condition! was given a better room on 22nd floor thereafter!

Good position, slow service

We arrived after booking 2 premier rooms 1 month before the trip, and payed for. When we checked in the rooms we were given 2 rooms with single beds not double as we had asked.

We really enjoy our two night stay in the Hotel. We can find pretty much lots of things to do and visit. The Concierge at the Hotel is VERY HELPFUL, we followed his recommended places such as restaurants and we found them very satisfy. Thank you for that
Restaurant Tip:
Sweet Dynasty is fantastic

Easy access to Ferry Terminal to Macau
5.7
The hotel is located in a very convenient location near shopping areas, food and ferry terminal especially if you are planning to visit Macau while you are in Hong Kong. Room is clean and room service is good. Taxi drop off is very convenient. There is ample taxi near hotel lobby and going to airport is a breeze with no traffic at all.

The hotel location is good, near all major shopping places and also good restaurants. Personally, I like this area so it is good to me.Besides that if you use train express from airport to downtown the terminal station(Kowloon station)is not far from the hotel. There is also a near by travel agency that I can buy train ticket to China mainland very easily(in the ferry terminal next to hotel).
Shopping Tip:
The hotel location is good, near all major shopping places and also good restaurants.

"Good position, fair price."
8.7
This was a convenient and fair-priced hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times and always available. In a few cases a little more English skills would have helped, but when one is in China...
The building is reasonably modern but would benefit from a little upgrading in areas such as the bathroom, which always suffer in the tropics.
Very easy to get to the main transport systems, Star Ferry, Airport Express and the waterfront.
Endless opportunities for eating and shopping all on the doorstep.
