we don't like the room because very very small.we are request for upgrade to family room.but the prizes are very expensive.we are standing the line about 30min for check-in,so poor for this experienced.

Room was new and clean. Also had iPhone charging dock. Everything was clean and made our stay comfortable.

Arrived at the hotel at about 3pm, and got a room at the 18th floor, the view was not spectacular as it was facing the streets, but it was a comfortable room. One good thing about this hotel, it is right beside the ferry terminal to Macau; managed to get ferry tickets to Macau for Sunday. The hotel is walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui metro, and many shopping centres.

Very strategic. Below of hotel lobby is ferry terminal to Macau. Friendly and very helpful staff. Even direct us all the way to the train station. Upgraded to a bigger room. Very comfortable and nice. Will definitely stay back at this hotel. No regrets. Shopping malls is just right outside. Only drawback is you need to walk quite a distance to look for food . More food located at Nathan road.

I've stayed with younger children cheaper small room. In check in time staff were upgraded my room to bigger triple room without charge. Our family very glad and had a comfortable night. Thanks all staff. Room was clean abd locations are the best to shopping!
