hong kong convenience
location to the macau ferry;near kawloon park.
8
the hotel is a well maintained ,clean property in the perfect location to view the peak;above the macau ferry terminal with the first ferry leaving at 7a.m.the two towers make finding your room a little tricky.i was given the run around with three efforts to find a room.finally graciously upgraded because of the poor directions.
Travel tip:
enjoy a morning walk in kaloon park,an oasis in the shiny metal that is hong kong.

royal pacific experience
the hotel was in the best location. Nearest to the upscale and low end malls, nearest to the macau ferry station (just at the basement)
8.7
the hotel room we got had the most fantastic view of the bay area. the macau ferry station was just at the basement so going to macau was also very easy and convenient. It was the best location. better than prince hotel (marco polo). We used to stay there before, now, we are definitely moving to royal pacific everytime we go to Hongkong.

Nice harbour View
excellent service for a suite
8.3
Overall the suite meets its requirement. It is spacious and pprovides an excellent view of the Hong Kong Island and harbour.the location is ideal for 1st timer in Hong Kong. All shopping are within walking distance from the hotel which is an added advantage if you are shopping and wants to go back to the Hotel to unload what you bought. Generally clean and value for money.
Shopping Tip:
Nice shopping area. The gateway tower is just next door to the Hotel.Trendy and luxury goods are also within the vicinity.

Wow
Room and view. Adjacent to mall. Great staff.
9.3
We were upgraded to an executive floor. The room had a beautiful view of the harbor and skyline. The room was spacious and the beds great - best pillows Ive ever seen! There is a mall attached with lots of shops and fast food, as well as the ferry station. Airport express free bus to train is in the lower floor. It has a walkover to the HK park which is pleasant even tho its a bit far to the subway. Its walking distance to Nathan road.

Very organised
Concierge, Reception, location
8
We stayed here for four nights. Room was neat, tidy and clean. Easy access via airport express train + included shuttle bus, and not far via taxi to the Kowloon airport express train station anyway. Close to park, port and shopping and more shopping. Very impressed with concierge for their assistance and the hotel is well organised, like just about everything in HK. We always dined elsewhere although the hotel's menu seemed good.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Went to local cafe for free internet with every coffee.

Good environment, good location
The hotel service was great. they gladly served us many bottles of complimentary water (: furthermore, the location of our hotel is really near the harbor, hence, it was really convenient to go to Macao.
8.3
Over all, the hotel is a great value for money, as the hotel service is good. the complimentary water helped us save lots of money. Macao is a must go when visiting hong kong, hence, this location is superb. if you want a bigger room, one could always get a room at royal pacific towers. where the rooms are slightly more expensive, but bigger in size. in conclusion, the hotel stay was great. and it helped make my hong kong trip a better more enjoyable one.

X hits the spot!!!
The location is perfect!!! A few minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui station and even a few minutes away by taxi to the Airport Express. Downstairs, the ferry to china. Cute room!!!
10
I will definitely stay here again as it has the perfect location as explained above. You will have the view of the harbor. Downstairs is a mall and a food court. There is even a romantic spot i found. Its an elevated boardwalk which extends to slightly above the harbor. No one at night. Nearby food is easily accessible. Room is large enough (i was on a premier floor so that probably meant bigger rooms.), and very modern and cute. Internet is very fast as i never experience very fast response in our company VPN server everytime im working offline in a hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When you exit at Canton road, cut through Kowloon Park to quickly reach TST station. The walk is very pleasant as despite HK being cosmo and crowded and suffocating, the trees of the park is very refreshing. I was surprised to find out that the park has an aviary, and even pay public pools!!! The park is huge!!! Take time to enjoy the green side of Kowloon.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights, I chose it due to it's location within Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The hotel was as I expected, the rooms were adequate if a little small, the staff were helpful and the location was great, you exited the hotel and were onto a shopping street, leading to Nathan Road, all the attractions are within walking distance. My only complaint would be my room had a view of the office building across the street.
