Good location but poor service

Service was very unprofessional~we checked in for two ppl (it's obviously a couple). Then we get a twin bed room without any advance notice. When we called the front desk, they just explained the reason. They kept doing some stupid thing. Such as when I was back to hotel with lots of shopping bags which means I have been staying here for days, the staff stopped and asked me how I liked to pay the transportation charge from airport. They gave wrong instruction to one American guy while checking in. That made that guy waited in the wrong line for half hour. I think they need to improve their service a lot~

hotel is close to shopping centres and conveniently connected to their food court. It has easy access to the ferry terminal. Front desk staff attitude was unsatisfactory. The hotel door and locks were not cleaned. Access to elevator from lobby is in separate building. It would help if staff is stationed to give direction. There are lots of shops on the street. Access to subway was convenient.

Best Location For Macau-HK Traveller & Shopping

Good for Macau-HK traveller by ferry,the hotel just above the ferry terminal.Nearby luxury shop eg.LV,Gucci,Coach,Prada.Need upgrade for the room look a bit old fashion and the water system in bathroom need improve.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Can take Tsim Sha Tsui MTR to Mongkok for bargain shopping only 5min,to Central MTR HK Island The Peak Tram only 6min,to Lantau Island Tung Chung MTR for crystal cable car only 30min.

The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers

I stayed here only for 2 nights but it was a great hotel, no problems, not a bad hotel location on the Kowloon side. The size of the room was good. When I booked myself in I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. For the price tag it was much better than expected.

I liked the hotel's location as it was positioned right above the China ferry terminal which goes to Macau island, and we had a harbourview room which was beautiful.

The location was good,the room was nice and the service was great. There's one thing i would suggest,that you get a harbour view room as the view is real nice. I would definitely stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Macau is a must, but stay a couple of nights and you must visit the Venetian Casino. The bus is free at Macau terminal.

Kowloon park is right across the walk bridge and it is a beautiful park in such a busy area.And next door is the ocean mall where u can go shopping all day But the Best feature is that ur right on to of the ferry terminal to china and macua

Royal Pacific
The Towers room we stayed in was excellent. Comfortable , nice furniture, a view of the harbour! This hotel is very convenient for shopping the "Golden Mile"

On arrival there was a mix-up with the room we had booked but after some discussion the assistant manger arranged for us to stay where we had originally requested. To follow, however, the room given us was already occupied and we had to tote our luggage all the way back to Reception to be assigned another room; this time the keys did not work!! The manager then accompanied us to the second room with yet another set of keys and personally made sure we had access and were satisfied. We were.. the room was lovely. Unfortunately the next day the key stopped working yet again and the following day the same thing! The hotel definitely needs to update its keycard system. We have stayed here many times and never had this problem in the past. We find this hotel very comfortable and convenient for both sightseeing and shopping in Kowloon and the Star Ferry is close by for any trips to HK Island. The China Ferry Terminal is just next door to for trips to Macau and the Mainland.
The Front Desk staff are most helpful and polite and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Not so the restaurant unfortunately. There are many restaurants and places to eat and drink nearby though so it does not detract to badly from staying there.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The footbridge over to Kowloon Park is a beautiful short cut through a green and pleasant oasis on your way to go shopping or eating out. You can stop and smell the roses - literally

my left leg was injured during my visit to the canton fair and i was transported to this hotel by my insurance provider (great eastern life insurance). on arrival i was met by the hotel staff who attended to my condition and help me whenever necessary during my stay. the location is close the shopping and dinning area. i would recommend my friends to stay in this hotel if they intend to go to macau as the ferry terminal is just at the door step

Good location, good value for money, clean and quiet

My first stay was in 1987. Hotel has not changed much (beside the TV set and Internet) and is in good condition. I do not remember that the rooms were so small. Maybe stayed in different room category before?! Check-In and check-out easy going. Concierge very helpful when asked for way to Disneyland and back to airport by train. Will stay again in this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
try pierside(?) lobby lounge during happy hour (4-9pm / reasonable prices for drinks) and enjoy sitting outside with a view on hongkong island.
