I all ways try to stay at Royal Pacifica hotel when i stay in hk. it is very close to most things that i need to do. Kowloon park is right across the walk bridge and it is a beautiful park in such a busy area.And next door is the ocean mall where u can go shopping all day But the Best feature is that ur right on to of the ferry terminal to china and macua

Royal Pacific
The Towers room we stayed in was excellent. Comfortable , nice furniture, a view of the harbour! This hotel is very convenient for shopping the "Golden Mile"

On arrival there was a mix-up with the room we had booked but after some discussion the assistant manger arranged for us to stay where we had originally requested. To follow, however, the room given us was already occupied and we had to tote our luggage all the way back to Reception to be assigned another room; this time the keys did not work!! The manager then accompanied us to the second room with yet another set of keys and personally made sure we had access and were satisfied. We were.. the room was lovely. Unfortunately the next day the key stopped working yet again and the following day the same thing! The hotel definitely needs to update its keycard system. We have stayed here many times and never had this problem in the past. We find this hotel very comfortable and convenient for both sightseeing and shopping in Kowloon and the Star Ferry is close by for any trips to HK Island. The China Ferry Terminal is just next door to for trips to Macau and the Mainland.
The Front Desk staff are most helpful and polite and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Not so the restaurant unfortunately. There are many restaurants and places to eat and drink nearby though so it does not detract to badly from staying there.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The footbridge over to Kowloon Park is a beautiful short cut through a green and pleasant oasis on your way to go shopping or eating out. You can stop and smell the roses - literally

easy to travel to macau with the ferry terminal at door step

my left leg was injured during my visit to the canton fair and i was transported to this hotel by my insurance provider (great eastern life insurance). on arrival i was met by the hotel staff who attended to my condition and help me whenever necessary during my stay. the location is close the shopping and dinning area. i would recommend my friends to stay in this hotel if they intend to go to macau as the ferry terminal is just at the door step

My third stay
Good location, good value for money, clean and quiet

My first stay was in 1987. Hotel has not changed much (beside the TV set and Internet) and is in good condition. I do not remember that the rooms were so small. Maybe stayed in different room category before?! Check-In and check-out easy going. Concierge very helpful when asked for way to Disneyland and back to airport by train. Will stay again in this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
try pierside(?) lobby lounge during happy hour (4-9pm / reasonable prices for drinks) and enjoy sitting outside with a view on hongkong island.

The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers
The best feature is the location of this Hotel. I arrive in Hong Kong via the CKS Ferry and the hotel ajoins the ferry terminal. Also, the hotel is reasonably priced for the quiet break it provides.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was my third visit. I likely will visit this hotel again in the future. The extremely polite and efficient service along with the location and high quality rooms make it a natural for a repeat destination. I was given a room with twin beds but preferred a double bed. They very graciously accomodated my request and moved my luggage for me. Checkin and out is efficient and speedy. The service could not have been better.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is in one of the top shopping areas of Hong Kong.

Hotel is in Canton Road, right beside Ocean Terminal, Harbour City/ Gateway shopping mall. The rooms are a bit small but the distance makes up for this. Its a 5-10 minute walk to the MRT but u wont notice the distance since there are a lot of shops on your way.

The room is huge and has a really nice view. It's got enough space for your things and for the things you want to do. the bathroom is amazing.

Hotel's location is perfect if you want to be in the shopping district. The way the hotel sits on top of the mall is really cool. It has bars, cafe, and restaurants, so if you want to relax and chill in the hotel, you have a lot to choose from. The room is spacious with a perfect view of the harbour. The hotel lobby is huge and busy. There's enough elevators in the hotel so you don't have to wait long to be in one. The mall is just under the hotel so if you want to get something, it would be really quick. Plus the station for the ferry to Macau is there too.

Hotel is great location for shopping and getting about HK. Rooms are in need of renovation as ours was very old. We also booked room with seperate shower and bath but did not get it. Checking in and out took long time. Staff were pleasent and helpful and we would stay here again.

In overall this hotel is quite okay especially its location which is very contenient and in a walking distance to MTR and the ferry terminal. The only thing is the room is a bit small and need renovation. Breakfast is ok, not too fancy. However, nice view from the room tho.

Price is right compare to other hotels in Hong Kong. Convenient location for shopping and transportation. Despite the price, Royal Pacific Hotel is clean and comfortable for visitors and tourists: some hotels in Hong Kong even feel humidity inside the room which made me uncomfortable while I am staying.
There are not much of foods selection at the hotel, but enough selections near by.
Just come and enjoy your trip.
