Rooms aren't as nice as shown in photos
Affordable. Staff were very polite and helpful. Convenient if you are planning to commute by ferries. Right next to many good shopping locations.

Royal Pacific Hotel - Hong Kong

The location is why we picked the Royal Pacific Hotel to stay in Hong Kong as it is a very easy walking distance to most things. However, the beds were rock hard, the carpet was old and the bathroom needed updating. The internet is an extra charge. The food at main restrauant is reasonable but not outstanding.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Star Ferry is an easy walk.

This is my 3rd time stayed in The royal Pacific hotel, why i choose this hotel? because this hotel comfortable enough & always try to here customer voice
Why I said comfortable? because the location of hotel close from ferry terminal, from shopping area & many sightseeing close from this hotel
Why i said always try to here customer voice? when i stay in 2nd time ( only for 1 night) i got very small room, i complaint to front desk & ask them to give more comfortable room, & i appreciate they have my previous data & when i came back to 3rd time they try to give a better room
I impressed that the front desk do the check in & check out process easy & fast..of course i will tell my friend to choose this hotel if they travel to Hong Kong

I told maid not to disturb, and clean the room later on at 5pm after I go out late afternoon. In spite of my request she was keep disturbing me a few times and I finally stopped my reading for exam and let her do a very simple cleaning. "Do not disturb" means "Please keep disturb" in this hotel. Shops near the hotel closes too early compared to the other part of Hong Kong.

Room size for tower is good but room size for premier is very small. Hotel entrance should be easier to notice and get into. Walk way to lobby is quite complicate. Overall is OK.

next to habour city shopping center.

The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers are located near the harbour and ferry terminals as well as great shopping malls and not far from Nathan Road (Just go straight through Kowloon Park). The room was spacious and OK but a bit worn-out. Service was good and very helpful. Close to Airport Express. The breakfast was not included. Great Brakfast buffet.
Restaurant Tip:
Go up to Mong Kok and around Temple Market you will find very good Japanese restaurants for a bargin.

Great hotel room
The hotel has big bath area, was accessible to MRT station and ferry to macau is just within the hotel, we had a convenient shopping which is just beside the hotel...all the branded stores like LV, Fendi, Esprit,etc

when i am having vacation to other countries, part of it includes a good hotel. Its good i stayed in this hotel considering the accessible to many important itineraries we had to go in just a short span of our vacation. going to the mrt station is easy to locate, we went to ocean part and on the 2nd day we had disneyland. it was very easy for us since we had only the map to guide us. Before we end the day, Esprit store is just below the hotel, so we had too much time to shop.We just did not had the time to go to macau, if we had, it would be easy for us, since the ferry terminal is within the hotel building already. shopping malls are within reach. we go back and forth if we forgot something. the hotel is also accessible to cheap fastfoods.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a dining restaurant beside the hotel bldg that's cheap but have great choices and really good food... the bldg is just a block away and it has so many branded stores.

Premier room is so small but tower room is OK. Fron desk knowlege is average. Hotel entrance is not as good as 4 stars hotel. Room service is just OK not much in detail.

the hotel is very convenient to harbour city... near the shopping district but quite far from the mtr station. service is ok .. staffs are very friendly and very accommodating... i always stay there whenever iam in hongkong very near the macau ferry station very convenient when you came from macau...
