Great Location with good service
The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable although it would help if there was a writing desk and proper work chair.

Stay was comfortable and because it is located next to Ocean Terminal, it was very convenient in terms of shopping and food. Staff was very helpful and service was always with a smile. The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable but a full writing desk with a proper chair will be of great use for business travelers.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you find the time, visit Cheung Chau Island where the seafood is fresh, servings generous and at great prices. The ferry leaves from Central Ferry Terminals.

i like to stay here because it is near to all shopping malls and macao ferry which is walking distance

just go down to the lobby near pierside at night you can see the spectacular citylights of hongkong

We booked for non smoking twin sharing room. Upon arrival there are non smoking room available, the staff offered us twin sharing deluxe and smoking room but they treat the air in the room. Deluxe room are very comfortable with long bath in to bathroom.
It takes around 15 min walk from hotel to the nearest MTR (Tsim Sha Shui). It can be tedious when it is raining or you are racing with time.

Overally, the environment is nice and the atmosphere is good. However, the rooom is a bit small and the 浴室去水設備唔好, 同埋冷氣唔夠.
By the way, the personnel helping me check out is not that polite not all.

I think the Royal Pacific did keep quite a good reputation about the room service. It locates right next to the intown outlet so it is quite convenice to shop around with a complex mall containig starbuck and Mac Donald.
But the room is quite small so it is alittle bit hard to move around in the room esspecially with more shopping bag laying around
Travel tip:
The hotel locates near the port to Macaw so it is very convenice if you want to take a trip over there

everything fine, very convenient.. bus, taxi, mrt stations very very near.. many restoran n shops surrounded, the biggest shopping mall harbour city is just beside.. room service good, view good.

Harbour City, largest shopping mall in town..
Restoran Tong Qiu nice dim sum n dessert..
