Very convenient location with free hotel transfer to Kowloon MTR station, walking distance to shopping areas, ferry station to Macau is within the Hotel, clean/comfortable/spacious rooms, reasonable priced cafe within the Hotel
Check in time a bit too long.
My 3rd trip to Hong Kong and its the best trip of the three. This Hotel is better than we expected!Very convenient. Free hotel bus to & fro Kowloon Station. Hotel is in the shopping area. Within the Hotel building, there are reasonable priced cafe (taste good and big portion too), ferry to macau & more shopping. The 3 rooms which we had stayed were excellent - clean, spacious and comfortable. All the 6 of us would like to stay in this hotel again on our next visit.

Good location, good services.
Generally this hotel is located in a good location, hotel reception personnel are pleasant and friendly. The hotel should introduce a Customer Loyalty Program for those customers who are regularly staying in your hotel.
Shopping Tip : Close to Habour City and Ocean Terminal.

Hotel is located right on the top of the China Ferry Terminal. Very convenient if you hav eto take the China Ferry early in the morning
Tiny rooms, tiny bathrooms
THis hotel offers excellent convenience if you need to take the China ferry to your destination - great for an early morning departure.
Tiny rooms and bathrooms, virtually no space to even turn around in the rooms. No free internet. Staff almost invisible, good room-make-up maid service.poorly equipped bathrooms. Recently refurbished rooms are very neat, but small and offer little or no storage space. Fine breakfast buffet

very clean, friendly and helpful staff, always smiling n courteous, spacious n excellent views for photography as well as relaxation.
not sufficient coffee/tea cream n sugar packs for the average coffee drinker. recommend min. 6 packs per room min. as some guests take either very strong coffee or more cream n sugar.Easy access by sea or land.
For the location, this was fantastic for us. We could see Macau, the harbour view was just gorgeous at nite, n ferry services were just a short hop away. The food court was so convenient n it provided a number of choices for our budget and taste. Transportation to any part was easy, lots of taxis readilly avilable, and the hotel was very clean and well planned. Will stay here again if we visit HK n recommend our friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : easy access to ferry terminal to Macau/China. Cost of ferry ride very reasonable. Nite view of harbour front gorgeous.

Checkin at midnight was not a problem, and the proximity to the Ferry Terminal is a big plus.
The walk from the subway station is still fairly far if you're lugging a lot of luggage.
I was there for only a quick overnight stay. From plane to boat the next morning. The shower was hot, room service food was great. I was able to connect into the free internet fairly easy. Checkout was a breeze, and was able to make my 8am ferry trip next morning without a hitch.

near by china ferry terminal(convenience to go to macau by ferry) / clean and wide room
little far from Tsimsatui station / highest floor was not that high / non-suprerior room doesn't guarantee nice wiew
taxi drivers couldn't know if i asked to go to 'royal pacific hotel'. 'china ferry terminal' or 'china hongkong city' will be better to tell them.
Shopping Tip : near by harbor city

Excellent view of the harbor front at night, near shopping center and restaurants.
The bathroom is bad. The toilet bowl leaked and flowed over. There were two separate faucets for hot and cold water so it was not comfortable during bath time as it was difficult to set the right water temperature. Sometimes, it was too hot and sometimes too cold.
We think the room is very poor because the room that we stayed on is very far from the main block, where the lobby was. There were rooms of the same class that were better but we were placed at the worse room as if we purchased the discounted hotels and received lower level room. The view was poor although we had purchased room with higher class because we thought that we were going to stay at a room with better view.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near shopping center such as the Duty Free Shop (DFS).

Conveniently located, spacious room and good price by HK standard.
The bedroom is very outdated. The bathroom is dark with a hairdryer belonging to the 1970s'.
The hotel is conveniently located, spacious room and has a good price by HK standard. However, the rooms are very outdated and can be described as ancient. My bathroom is dark, faintly smelly and has a hairdryer that belongs to the 1970s'.

Location was most accesible going to Disneyland by train, going to mainland by ferry, but a bit far to the tsimshatsui MTR exit. Kids are complaining of long walk going back to Hotel.
Room lighting is a bit dark, Kids are not used to it.
The room was big enough for us with my wife and 2 kids. Location near from the shopping mall where we can find branded product and at least my wife have bought a good pair of branded sandals. We don't have any issue of traveling from airport going to hotel as we took train and there is bus that bring us to the doorstep of the hotel. Less expensive than taking taxi. The staff was freindly when we are asking of best way going to mainland and give more choices of ways going to mainland.

Location is very convenient especially if you plan on taking a trip to Macau/China via Ferry. The Ferry Station is in the same complex. It's conveniently located across from Harbor City Shopping Mall. You can literally buy everything you need in this mall.
Rooms are very small. Cell phone reception is extremely poor in the rooms.
Although I like the location of this hotel, I probably wouldn't come back for a second time. The size of the room was way too small if you plan on having two big luggages per person. I didn't appreciate the fact that our cell phones didn't work very well when we're in the room. Also the elevators were very slow. I have heard other people complaining about the elevators as well.
Nightlife Tip : Aqua located on 1 Peking Road is within walking distance from the hotel. It's on the 29th Floor and has spectacular views of the city. Quick place to hang out for a couple of cocktails.

Hotel staff was very accomodated
Although I have choosen my choice of room (double King/queen size bed with Sea view), I was informed by the hotel that my agent (Agoda) have booked a non-sea view twin beds room. I don't understand why Agoda wants to separate a couple (on honeymoon) to sleep in a twin beds room. Fortunately the hotel staff was very accommodating and manage to get us a sea view King-size bed room though the hotel was fully occupied on that night. We end up have to top up extra amount of money for the room.

Friendly staff in all departments.
In the heart of downtown Kowloon.
On top of ferry to Macau, which we took advantage of.
Right next to a very beautiful Park.
Heart of downtown, but very quiet.
The location of the Hotel is excellent. Access to ferry to Macau just below a couple of floors. Also minutes of walks to anywhere in town, subway stations and train station, which takes you to anywhere Greater Hong Kong and to China. But I did not notice any busy downtown noise and traffic noise once inside the hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming may be the relatively small room size compare to other hotels I also stayed at while in Hong Kong at the same time. But the stay is nice and comfortable. If you do not need swimming pool, and do not mind the smaller room, I highly recommend it.

Convenient location and shuttle facilites(excl Island Pacific),GUCCI, HUGO BOSS, VERSACE, THE STORES ARE GREAT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL !!!
The shopping in and around the mall, plus the staff are helpful especially concierge, they know their stuff, the reception area is great as well as the lobby, the rooms are nice if you like small and cosy with a nice city view from the 19th floor.
Rooms too small, not up to expectations as compared hotel exterior and features, also the hotels elevators take between half hour and and hour to get you down to the lobby thats if you know where the lobby id, very confusing, you might have to purchase a gps to get back to your room LOL, but its small rooms and big malls so go figure, overpriced for what you get , save your money and spend it in the versace store, gucci, hugo boss or in any of the other high enf stores on the strip the hotel is on, we liked the shopping convenience, but its hard to get back into the hotel because they all look the same inside, and like i said the lifts are slowwww, too slow, if they come in the first place,
